Great stay for a great price

I had a wonderful time in this comfortable, clean apartment. It's close to the best park in Barranquilla, Parque Electrificadora, and there's such a wonderful community feeling in the neighborhood. Maria Rocio is a kind, thoughtful host. She goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome, and is always responsive to any question. I highly recommend staying here.

We felt at home. Very comfortable, clean, and organized. The apartment is well located, close to the attractions. He was very kind, we asked him about the possibility of leaving an hour later to enjoy the pool and he agreed to our request. We had a small incident with one of the decorative flowerpots. We informed him to replace it and he fixed it right away. He sent us the purchase invoice and we transferred the amount. He was always attentive to our arrival, stay and departure.

Upon hearing what had happened, he expedited my booking and even allowed me to check in early—something I truly appreciated. The apartment itself was fantastic, clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The building staff and concierge were friendly and professional, which made a big difference. I felt safe, welcomed, and genuinely at ease during my entire stay. The location is ideal: just about a mile from Viva Mall, with easy, walkable access to shops and restaurants. The neighborhood felt secure, and the added bonus of a pool made relaxing even easier. This place let me enjoy Barranquilla the way it’s meant to be experienced: peacefully and with confidence. I highly recommend this listing and would absolutely stay here again.

A very nice, family-friendly space and everything is brand new!!! The host Gustavo is super attentive to what we need, responds very quickly and is also very friendly!! It has complete kitchenware, everything is very clean, close to tourist sites and restaurants, a pleasant area and with everything you need to have a very happy stay! Highly recommended

I stayed with my parents, my brother, my aunt and my husband in order to visit family. The apartment was very comfortable, well organized and nice, in an area that we felt very safe and close to shops. The air conditioning is very effective and each fan has a good supply of what is needed to rest. The living room does not need air conditioning, because with the windows open there is very good air circulation during the seasons of the year in which we were there. There are several steps to follow with different aspects of the apartment, and Sandra, the host, is very clear in giving instructions to resolve each situation without additional help. Although there were some details, Sandra was very attentive, responded and maintained very good communication. We would definitely stay in your apartment on our next visit to Barranquilla. Please note that the washing machine is only available for stays of 4 nights or more.

Located in Rio Mar, beautiful, safe, high end accommodations. The apartment has everything you can think of and you can tell thought was taken. The host was attentive and we will definitely stay there again.

This place is incredible, and the host is extremely attentive. The location is extremely central and close to great bars and restaurants.

Most genuine and loving hosts! They are so welcoming and caring and really value connecting with their guests. We stayed during carnival and it’s quite loud as there are street parties right outside (but this is to be expected with carnival)! I will define you stay with them again next time we’re in Barranquilla. Thank you so much family!

I stayed for 4 nights and it was an amazing experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff were very friendly and thoughtful. The room was clean, comfortable and well equipped. I especially liked the location of the accommodation, very quiet, safe. Overall, my stay was excellent. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay.
