Eine tolle Wohnung mit super Terrasse! Margot und ihr Mann Andres waren super nett, er spricht sogar ganz gut deutsch! In der Wohnung haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt, alles sehr gepflegt und sauber. Für zwei Personen oder ein Paar mit Kindern sehr zu empfehlen. Es gibt zwar weder Klimaanlage noch Deckenventilatoren, aber kleine Standventilatoren sind im Schrank, vermutlich für die heißere Jahreszeit. Bei uns ging es im Mai noch, wir haben immer mit offenen Fenstern und Kreuzlüftung geschlafen, das ging. Die Küche ist klein, aber ausreichend und gut ausgestattet. Die Terrasse ist groß, wir haben dort immer gegessen, da der eine Teil komplett überdacht ist. Die 2 Sonnenliegen sind auch super. Zudem wurden uns auch Strandtücher zur Verfügung gestellt, was klasse war. Der Stellplatz in der Tiefgarage ist gerade in San Andrés top! Margot war bei An- und Abreise zeitlich flexibel, das war super wegen unseren Flugzeiten... Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Bien sûr ! Voici une proposition d'avis très positif basé sur ce que vous m'avez donné : --- Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement idéalement situé, tout proche de San Andrés, avec toutes les commodités à portée de main. L'appartement est calme et offre une superbe terrasse avec une vue imprenable sur la mer, la montagne et le village. La magnifique plage de Las Teresitas est toute proche, ce qui est un vrai plus. L'arrivée et le départ se font de manière totalement autonome, ce qui simplifie beaucoup l'organisation. Nous recommandons vivement cet endroit.

Großartiges Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Wär die Wohnung noch etwas sauberer, wie die Dusche oder der Boden, wär alles sehr perfekt! Aber für den Preis waren wir sehr sehr glücklich. Die Lage ist fantastisch, wenn man einen Strandurlaub machen möchte. Einmal den Aufzug benutzen und man ist direkt am privat Strand. Das Tor für das Auto hatte drei Tage nicht funktioniert, was sehr schade war… Allen in allem: Wir waren sehr zufrieden und hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit.

Pasamos unos días fabulosos, la casa es espectacular, tiene unas vistas con las que querría despertarme todos los días, decorada con mucho gusto y con todas la comodidades, cómo si estuvieses en casa. Eva y Santiago fueron muy amables y serviciales, tanto con nosotros, cómo con nuestro bebé. Gracias por todo. Lo recomiendo 100%.

Tolle Wohnung mit schönem Ausblick auf das Meer und Strand! Wir waren mit der Wohnung (bis auf das Zugangssystem zum Parkdeck, welches mehrfach nicht funktionierte) sehr zufrieden.

W mieszkaniu można było poczuć się jak w domu, było bardzo przytulnie, można było zrelaksować się po całym dniu podróży i atrakcji. Świetna lokalizacja i baza wypadowa, dzięki przystankowi pod blokiem mieliśmy super połączenie na plażę i do centrum. W okolicy sklep, apteka i kawiarnie. Podobało nam się na tyle, że przedłużyliśmy pobyt o kilka dni, w tej cenie nie widziałam nic lepszego ☺️

Garden Lovers with pool near Sea

I know there's a tendency for everyone to give 5 star reviews for everything, but this place really is 5 stars. It is off the beaten track, meaning it's super quiet and relaxed. The gardens are truly magical fabulous for sunbathing, reading a book, plant photography, it's the most relaxing place I've been to. Everything really is as described. A huge private indoor space for rainy days (or if it's just a bit too hot) as well as a private covered courtyard for meals. The gardens really set it apart though: well maintained, huge variety, well planned and thought through. While I would recommend a car to get to/from and around, we didn't use it that much because we were so comfortable in the accomodation. We arrived late, and they had left a really nice welcome of food and wine so we didn't need to rush about finding something for dinner or breakfast. The hosts provided a large collection of recommendations of local amenities to try. The Mirador San Pedro (walking distance) is great!
