Cozy atmosphere to rest or work in peace

This has been our occasional rest retreat and now we're starting to rent it out for the first time, after renovating it. It is in one of the historic apartment developments of Costa Adeje, where those of us from here spent our summers. Now it looks modern and comfortable, in a quiet immediate environment. WiFi Internet, TV, two swimming pools (one exclusively for young children) and right outside your door, three beaches and the promenade 3 minutes away. You can telework from the terrace or inside. Peace reigns here.

The good life

Bright,serene, spacious... a space where time seems another, slower. Enjoy the sun and shade, work with the open house, immerse ourselves in the water, eat and dine outdoors, read, play, walk the beach, cook without a rush... the good life. As an architect, after many renovations, I know that light and space are the real luxury. A main space that opens completely to the terrace facing the sea, towards the sunset, in a very quiet environment.

This completely renovated apartment is located in a hotel complex. You have full access to the massive swimming pool, and all the facilities of the hotel. It's a great place to relax, have a snack at the pool, or have diner on your own balcony with seaview. Everything you need is nearby, shops, restaurants, bars, bakery, night shops...

Fully equipped and modern apartment in a fantastic area of Las Americas, 150 meters from the closest beach and some nice, short walks away from many other black and white sand beaches.
