It is a fantastic apartment due to its unbeatable location, with access to the beach walking to the beach and to the metro with connection to Bilbao in 15 minutes, in front of the suspension bridge and 2 minutes from the main street of Las Arenas. The area is surrounded by stately homes, next to the Yacht Club and with a pedestrian walk of more than 4 km overlooking the sea, it is a newly renovated apartment. Perfect for couples and families.

A 10 minutos de las playas de Sopelana en coche. En las inmediaciones hay farmacia, bonitas cafeterías donde desayunar, tiendas de comestibles y un centro comercial a 3 minutos en coche. Dando un paseo por el río se llega en 10 minutos a la parada de metro Gobela. No se aceptan mascotas en la vivienda no el jardín

In addition, 20 meters away is the main avenue with shops and supermarkets, and about 5 minutes walk to the metro to reach the center of Bilbao, in about 20 minutes. If you prefer, in 5 minutes walk, cross the Bridge to get to know Getxo and go to the beach or the old port through a walk. It is in the middle of Camino De Santiago.

Thanks to the central location of this accommodation, you and yours will have everything by hand ,beaches,gardens,mountains, sports areas....... 10'from Playa Las Arenas and 20'from Ereaga beach, 3 'from the metro , 10'from the Puente Colgante de Bizkaia, very close to the Puerto Viejo Algorta and only 15'by metro to the center of Bilbao. We have free parking that is optional, a 5-minute walk from the apartment.(It must be booked at least 2 days before arrival at the accommodation)

I spent quite a lot of time renovating it completely. This is not an apartment designed for tourists but a real home and I think this makes a difference. I hope you feel at home at my place!
