Liz has thought of everything anyone could need for a home from home. Details, information and instructions were all to hand as well as Liz being responsive throughout our stay and since booking. The place has stunning views and is very comfortable with plenty of space. Thoroughly recommend this villa.

Nicola was very responsive when booking as I had accessibility requirements that were needed. He worked with me to make sure our Nonna would be comfortable and have privacy without the use of stairs. The views were spectacular and the pool was much appreciated in the August heat. There was plenty of room and space for all 11 of us to enjoy our time together and take a break if needed. We enjoyed fireworks right from the terrace nearly every night as it was festival season and ventured down to the marina a few times. I would highly recommend Nicola’s Villa to larger families or groups. Thanks so much!

Emanuele's villa gave me and my friends a perfect New Year's Eve. We were greeted with kindness and care, the apartments were clean, well equipped and spacious. It was nice to feel “at home,” we hope to be back soon!

Inside and outside an incredibly nice house. We are spoiled travelers but were completely impressed. Everything was there, clean, sufficient, good beds, nice sofas, top kitchen, nice pool. Completely private. Beautiful art and other stuff. The people of Novasol that let us in were so friendly. And Rosalia was so helpful. Everything above expectations!

I had a wonderful stay in Ortona with family and friends, in an apartment immersed in the Abruzzo countryside. The area is really quiet and surrounded by beautiful nature, perfect for those looking for relaxation and serenity. The beauty of the hilly landscape and the silence around make this place a true oasis of peace. The apartment was well cared for and clean, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The spaces were spacious and bright, and the view of the surroundings offered a real spectacle, especially at sunset. The host was exceptionally helpful and attentive, ready to respond to any needs or concerns. He also gave us great tips on what to visit nearby, helping us discover some of the most characteristic places in the area. The location of the apartment is strategic: in a few minutes by car you can reach the main points of interest, from the beaches of the Trabocchi coast, to the historic villages! Definitely recommended!

Wow! What an amazing time we had at David’s place in Palmoli. The house is every bit as incredible as the photos with sweeping views over the Italian countryside and complete privacy. The interior has been so thoughtfully and tastefully decorated with lots of home comforts while respecting the history of the buildings. Beds were comfortable and we all slept so peacefully. Special mention too for the best equipped kitchen we’ve had in any Airbnb. And then the private and immaculate pool is the icing on the cake. We were sorely tempted not to explore past the boundary of the grounds, but can strongly recommend the beachside towns onto the Adriatic which are all 30-45 mins drive away: Vasto, San Salvo and Termoli. A vacation with a view of beauty. A perfect home for large groups thanks to large spaces, with attention to the smallest details. Light enters from dawn to dusk through the large windows and the eat-in kitchen is the beating heart of the house. The panoramic view really leaves you breathless. The rooms upstairs are really cozy, the only flaw is the little light in those downstairs. Each room has its own bathroom, a very important plus for multiple families or groups of friends. Barbecue, swimming pool, pool tables and ping pong table are the icing on the cake, which made this house absolutely unforgettable. Obviously super recommended.

Very clean accommodation. Breakfast with donuts and various delicacies (tarts, cookies and croissants). Kitchen with everything you need for cooking. Beautiful and clean bedrooms. Impeccable bathrooms with towels, shampoo, bath gel, hairdryer etc... Congratulations!!!

4 nights of total relaxation, the mornings the birds and the flow of the river kept us company during breakfast. The silence of the village in the evening is a treat for those escaping from busy city life. Visiting some gems of Molise was a beautiful experience and Roberta's accommodation is part of it.

Newly renovated apartment so everything is new with architectural solutions that take advantage of every inch in an intelligent way. Having 2 bathrooms is a plus that made a difference for the size of the apartment. Air conditioning in both the living room and the sleeping area was a lifesaver with these August temperatures.

Valeria's place in Colledimezzo was perfect! It was wonderful to have a place of our own while visiting family in the town. It is centrally located near the main piazza, and was the perfect jumping off point for our stay in Abruzzo. The place matched the description and photos, and Valeria was the perfect host, checking in with us to make sure we had everything we needed during our stay. Would highly recommend and stay there again in the future. Grazie, Valeria!

Everything was great, we will for sure visit this place again. It was clean, comfy and clean. There were shops nearby, and restaurants as well, so it was easy to grab sth to eat. It wasn't hard to communicate with the owner. She was a very flexible person for our needs - we arrived really late and she was waiting for us. Perfect spot for people that want to feel the atmosphere of Italian life.

Staying in this apartment was like feeling at home, but in a wonderful home, surrounded by a pine forest overlooking the sea. Francesco was always present and available to us and helped us get around the island and introduced us to other wonderful people. From the very beginning, he passed on his love for the island and made us fall in love too, giving us advice and telling us stories. Everything is perfect in the apartment. The beds are very comfortable, the kitchen is well-stocked and the house is really quiet. If I could, I'd be back tomorrow.

Building is a former textile factory that has been converted mostly to residences. Located in the touristy section of Termoli, it is within walking distance of the wonderful beaches, the Borgo Antico, and convenient places to shop and eat. Terrace garden is private to the Airbnb rental, over looks the harbor, and has wonderful lemon and other fruit trees. If you’re looking for a place with character, this is it. Claudio lives next door and is always available to assist.

Catia's place was lovely. It was comfortable, in a cute neighborhood, very private. Kitchen had everything we needed, plenty of linens. Bed in large bedroom was very comfortable, twin bed was a bit small for an adult (best for a child). Bedding & towels were very strongly scented, so if you have allergies, make sure Catia knows ahead of time - to wash without perfumes. Parking is not available at the unit. Just be aware you will need to find parking on the narrow city streets. We parked next to a small park at the end of the road. Overall, it was a nice place to stay & Catia was a great host.

Staying at Casa Olivia in Serramonacesca was an extraordinary experience. Surrounded by the greenery of the Maiella National Park, the house offers a breathtaking view and an atmosphere of unique peace. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by Nicoletta, who immediately made us feel at home, while the host Cecelia was always helpful and attentive, offering us valuable tips for exploring the area. The garden and terrace are perfect for relaxing and enjoying the spectacular sunsets. The location is ideal for nature lovers: trails, historic villages and even the sea are easily accessible. The energy of this place, combined with impeccable hospitality, made our vacation unforgettable. We can't wait to go back!

We enjoyed ourself so much. The place met our needs for a couple and a single. 2 bathrooms and bedrooms upstairs and down. We would definitely come back again and recommend it for groups of six. Everything we needed to cook at home. Wish the weather would have been nice to enjoy the area out back. Lovely table and lights to have dinner and play cards.

Did my homework and it paid off … only complaint? Wish I discovered this place sooner . James and Judy are just lovely and they are super hosts for a reason ….they don’t miss a beat,super efficient, always available and a phone call or text away. Their black binder is a treasure trove of information..it’s all there!! The casa is within steps away to heaven and restaurants. Vasto is perched above sea level, the lookout vista outlines the whole side of the town with restaurants and a spectacular view of the bluest Adriatic Sea… on a clear day you can see the Tremiti islands which is a 50 minute boat ride away . The casa is in the cobblestone pedestrian only area , its peaceful, walkable with church bells and cooing pigeons in the background. It has a medieval castle a palazzo you can visit with all kinds of art and artifacts dug up from the Roman Empire and a mosaic floor nearby with Roman baths .. the house felt like home including the bed and it was very clean comfortable and private

Sonia and Nicolino are truly exceptional hosts, very kind, helpful and heartfelt. Great check-in as well as checkout. House with a very nice garden with two terraces overlooking the sea. Also a nice manicured lawn and also great parking. The car stays inside the fence safely and directly next to the front door, so very convenient. We loved everything and we'll be back for sure.
