25 m² apartment on the 1st floor. Entrance to hallway leading to shower and bathroom. kitchen equipped with utensils. Bedroom with double bed sitting area: sofa, flat-screen TV with key for Netflix, Prime Video and Wi-Fi. Parking space in a completely enclosed private courtyard, under video surveillance from 8:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.
