Located on Barnes Lake just 10-miles north of Lapeer, this 6-bedroom house is the perfect “up-north” destination without the long drive. Featuring 150-feet of lakeshore, more than 2,100 square feet of multi-level deck facing the water, two docks, a big kitchen and family room, this is a getaway property that you won’t want to leave. Private deck with grill, fire pit, parking space, washer/dryer, pack n play, waterfront gazebo (shared), picnic tables, swimming, kayaks, paddle boards, row boat, pedal boat, fishing, ice fishing, ( bring your fishing gear, all water boating / kayaks /paddle boards, are ONLY available to use for staying / paying guests. Lake is electric motors only. (2 pet max)Dogs allowed (aggressive breed dogs not allowed, all dogs must be leashed, no cats allowed). Short drive to Frankenmuth approx 40 mins.
