Amazing villa by the riverside - super spacious, comfortable, and clean. Beautiful views of the river from the garden and pool. Having access to a car was a nice inclusion which made getting around much more easy and relaxing. Perfect for a family or small group - would definitely stay here again.

Eric was gracious enough to accommodate my family and I. It had been 44 years since my grandparents had been back in Laos and Eric worked with me to get their dream stay booked in Luang Prabang. Everything is very much hands off, your arrival and departure are handled by Sone (the house manager) and custom breakfast is served daily by the house staff. The night market is about a 7 minute tuk tuk away, I would recommend finding one and grabbing their number to schedule future pick ups and drop offs. The house staff will also wash, dry, iron, and fold your clothes which was a huge plus during our stay. I highly recommend staying here as it was the highlight of our trip so far. Thank you Eric for being a great human being and allowing us to stay at your lovely abode. Lastly, I HIGHLY recommend 1991 Wat Sene Alley Restaurant for the best pho I had in Laos!

Wir waren jetzt zum zweiten Mal in der Villa, es ist einfach ein Traum morgens aufzuwachen und diesen malerischen Blick auf die Berge zu bekommen. Der Pool ist richtig toll und groß, der Check-in ist völlig unkompliziert, da sich Hausangestellte auf dem Anwesen befinden. Vielen Dank für den sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt.

An amazing villa. The staff were so friendly and helpful too

The place is lovely. Its modern, quiet and updated. Its a bit far from the center of town and restaurants but if you walk to the top of the road... which is a 5min walk... you can rent a tuk tuk for 100,000 KIP and you can go visit the night market to eat as well as stroll along the city center. Raphael is great. He is very responsive and helped us out arranging rides to and from the airport. His suggestion of talking to the Tuk Tuk driver and negotiating a 4 hour block to go visit temples and the palace is a good one. It saves a lot of time. Overall, this place is highly recommended.

This place was awesome. Very walking distance to morning market and restaurants. The house was beautiful and had lots of room for a comfortable stay. The host was very responsive and nice, felt right at home while me and my family was here. Will definitely be renting out this place again whenever vacationing around this area.

Great value for money and exactly as photographed. Also let us check out late which was extremely helpful as we had a sleep bus that afternoon!

We had a perfect stay here in Luang Prabang. The villa is gorgeous, clean and spacious. The balcony offers a beautiful view over the river. Really well located too, quiet but very near to all the main attractions. Jonas was a great host and happy to help with anything you may need.

Erinomainen paikka yöpyä Vientianessa. Iso huone, todella puhdasta, kahvia tarjolla ja majoittaja tekee kaikesta sujuvaa, kuten auttoi taksin saamisessa lähtö aamuna. Sijainti erinomainen lähellä jokea, keskustaa ja ravintoloita. Myös pyörä tarjolla, jos haluat kiertää kaupunkia pyörällä. Ylitti odotuksemme selvästi. Suosittelen.
