Recently renovated, our 70m2 duplex apartment in the Schuss building is well-equipped and spacious, designed with everything you will need for a great stay in Tignes. The apartment can be setup as either two or three bedrooms for maximum flexibility. The apartment is 200m to the shops + restaurants, and 350m to the pistes, with views over the lake and the mountains. From Val Claret you can access Val d'Isere, the glacier and Tignes Le Lac. I offer a very nice refurbished apartment for 4 to 5 people. A shuttle is a 2-minute walk from the property to reach the various ski resorts near the latter. The apartment is located in the city center of Modane in a very quiet area. It is also located on the ground floor of a house with a courtyard. Nearby you have a pharmacy, a tobacco shop, a supermarket but also within a 10-15 minute walk, the train station.
