Near route 172, the House is located at 3 km from the tourist village of Sainte-Rose-du-Nord, Quebec, Canada. The apartment is spread over two levels, perfect for 1 - 6 people. The apartment has 2 living rooms, 1 kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 toilets / shower / bathroom, a laundry room, a fireplace & 1 bed added for a 7th person. The balcony is 360 wrapped around the house. The outdoor gazebo allows a 360 degrees view of the magnificent Saguenay Fjord, is fully furnished and can receive 6 to 10 people.

Beautiful house with river view

Our house welcomes you with a view of the St-Jean River, in an ideal environment for a relaxing stay. It is located in the heart of the village halfway between the quay (marina, cruise, café) and Mont Edouard (Spa, Ski, etc.). On the ground floor you will find one of the three bedrooms, the living room, a well-equipped kitchen and a full bathroom (shower). In the basement are the other two bedrooms and bathroom with double bathtub and washer-dryer.

Black and White

Le Noir et Blanc is located at the foot of Mont-Édouard in Anse-St-Jean. Fans of downhill skiing, high-road skiing, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, hiking or ice fishing will be well served in winter. During the summer, Mont-Édouard is accessible to hikers, outdoor enthusiasts and mountain bikers. This cottage is the place to "unwind" by enjoying all the outdoor activities or visiting the many attractions along the majestic Saguenay Fjord.

The small house

In the heart of Saguenay Fjord National Park, La Petite Maison could not be better located: a 5-minute walk from the Fjord, river, village, bike path and Montagne Blanche trail! You will stay right next to the family home, on a large grassy lot where children can have fun in complete freedom. You will also find your privacy thanks to a private outdoor space, equipped for meals and with a fireplace for evenings around the fire.
