Our Mayor of Philadelphia once resided near the block and has sponsored this block to keep it nice and neat. Our family has been local to Philadelphia for 30 years and we have renovated the entire building to feel refreshing and spacious while still being affordable. We personally make sure all sheets and towels are washed and clean with sanitizing spray throughout the whole unit after every stay. Space is spotless and we expect nothing less. It is probably cleaner than your own house lol!

This was by far one of the best stays I've ever had at an Airbnb. Orion's place was extremely clean and the pictures don't show just how beautiful his home truly is. There was plenty of space in the fridge and pantry for my food. The bed was extremely comfortable. The meditation room is definitely an added bonus. I had multiple opportunities to chat with Orion and he is a truly kind and genuine spirit. I loved my stay and wish I had a chance to spend more time at his place because something about his home makes you truly feel at peace!

Wonderful location for our needs (lacrosse tournament). The room was a perfect fit, we felt very safe, and we hope to stay again when we have more time to explore the area!

Our stay was absolutely amazing, the host’s live on site but you have complete privacy. You have the option of parking on the property or street parking. They greeted us during the check in, gave us a tour and told us if we needed anything to not hesitate to let them know. Booked Sienna's place to accommodate a relative visiting for a family event. She was very comfortable there and happy not to have to navigate the endless stairs in our home. We live nearby so obviously love the neighborhood and knew the home because my kids are very jealous of all of their swings :-)

Brent's place was just as described! The kitchen is brand new and beautiful! This space is nicely decorated and not too far from the major sites in Philly. It was clean and the host was extremely responsive. I would definitely book again! The only thing to consider is that the space is not very toddler friendly so just keep that in mind if you have small kiddos. Otherwise it was perfect!

This was honestly the best airbnb i've stayed at and ive been to a few. When i tell you guys the place was so clean, comfty, and the area was very safe. It is a new place so there wasnt too many people that stayed there which I loved. Everything was so clean, the bed was so comfortable, and the bathroom was beautiful. I would stay here again and highly recommend Arquita's place. Thank you so much!!
