Located in Plouégat-Guerand between the bay of Morlaix in Finistère, the Pink Granite coast in the Côtes d'Armor, and the well-known Ploumanac'h, enjoy a breath of fresh air in the countryside, in this independent gîte full of character. Quiet, 6 minutes from the beaches of Locquirec and Plestin-les-Grèves. Private space in the house with living room, small kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. Over 1,000 comics of all kinds (complete series) are available in the private living room.

Moulin de Kermorin (private spa accommodation)

Building dating from the 17th century, recently restored to accommodate you in an exceptional bucolic setting. Couples will find a great place to recharge their batteries in a self-contained outbuilding with sauna and jacuzzi bathtub. Ideal for short stays. Less suitable for seniors or people with reduced mobility due to the staircase and bathtub. For longer stays, if you want to shower rather than take baths, don't hesitate to ask me.

The small Plessix gîte

In the countryside 10 minutes from the sea, we will be delighted to host you in this farmhouse in a charming farm building, all in a wooded park crossed by a small stream. Located in an outbuilding adjoining the owners' house, you will have a private garden with terrace and barbecue. You will also find in this rural setting conducive to relaxation spaces that we can share: A vegetable greenhouse, an orchard with our sheep and chickens...

Charming studio - Lanmeur

Welcome to your little cocoon, a cozy & warm studio where comfort and relaxation come together. Ideal for a stay alone, as a couple or with a baby, you will find everything you need to feel at home: a bed, a high chair and a playpen are provided. 🧻 For ecological reasons and to limit waste, a roll of toilet paper is provided upon your arrival. 🐾 And because they are part of the family, your pets are welcome! Located in the Breton countryside, this charming vacation rental can accommodate families and friends for a relaxing time and direct access to the beach (located 300 meters away, the access is a path surrounded by greenery and is not accessible for all). The accommodation includes 2 bathrooms as well as 3 bedrooms equipped with double beds. Upstairs you can enjoy the terrace with a sea view and the pleasant living room.

"Les Hirondelles"

5 km from the beaches of Locquirec, in the countryside, we built this guest room in an old outbuilding in 2020, independent of the main house. Garden available, pond, Adirondack chairs to relax. Pets not allowed. For cyclists, we are 4 km from the Voie Verte and the GR34, a secure room is available for bicycles. Possibility of free repairs as far as possible. Linen provided. Optional breakfast at a price of €6.50

Charming cottage, feet in the water

At the tip of the port, after it's the sea, charming cottage on the water with very nice views. In a small port typical of this Brittany strong of its marine history. Pink granite, hiking trails, the GR 34 passes 300 m from the cottage. Beaches on foot, fishing within 50m, harbor cafe, restaurant, and the sale of fish live by fishermen. Access to the mezzanine does not accommodate children under 10 years old.

The Folgalbin House

The Folgalbin house is a peaceful and pleasant place, close to the sea. It offers many services such as two paddles, a plancha, Wi-Fi, Netflix... all in a small country house with terrace. It has two bedrooms. A real closed bedroom and another "open" one on the mezzanine. (see pictures) The nearest beaches are within a 10-minute drive. Shops nearby (bakery, caterer, Super U, tobacco, florist...) 50 m2 house.

Completely renovated house with careful decoration in the small town of Guimaëc, the sea view is at the end of the garden. Enjoy the calm of the countryside with an eye on the sea below. Relax in this unique and tranquil space. The apartment is located at the foot of the GR 34 Locquirec Bay panoramic view. It is located 200m from the beach. It consists of a living room, two comfortable bedrooms and a bathroom. The kitchen consists of: microwave, oven and dishwasher.
