Hamlet in the countryside, only 3 km from the sea and the GR 34. The apartment, bright, is nestled upstairs under sloping ceilings (limited height), bedroom on one side and equipped kitchen on the other. On the ground floor: independent entrance hall including the private shower room. The ground floor includes a common space with another cottage.

House description: Welcoming 1930s house on one floor . 50 m from the port and 100 m from the beach Restaurants, café, bakery 2-minute walk away, (ARGENTON). Small food store nearby, (PORSODER). Water activities possible (surf and sailing school) within walking distance of the house. Walking and cycling from the house via the GR 34. Visit the lighthouses, the islands (Molène, Ouessant). Market on the harbor in the summer on Wednesday mornings. A security deposit of €300 will be required upon arrival.

Jardin entièrement clos orienté plein sud, dans une impasse avec peu de passage. L'entrée dans la maison se fait par une petite véranda qui donne sur une grande pièce ouverte et lumineuse avec salon et cuisine toute équipée. A l'étage se trouvent deux chambres, une salle d'eau et des WC séparés. Idéal pour une famille de 4 personnes.

Bed linen and towels provided. Wood-burning stove (50 dm3 possible to order at time of booking for an additional €17).
