A cottage made up of stone and timber built on two storeys, with a large living room, glass window, a couch for two people and a bathroom with sauna; on the second storey there is a double bedroom. Outdoors, there is a large garden with a porch equipped with BBQ and a wooden table. The site is located on the pleasant hills between Bellegra and Olevano Romano. We have currently added two beds, set up in a wonderful Indian teepe available for two extra guests in addition to the four ones.

In Genzano di Roma, city of the infiorata, 6 km from the center, in a quiet area in the countryside, perfect for a relaxing vacation and to visit Rome about 30 km away and the area of the Roman castles including Castel Gandolfo, Nemi etc. Less than an hour's drive away are the amusement parks of Zoomarine, Rainbow MagicLand, Cinecittà World, and shopping centers such as Valmontone Outlet and Castel Romano. The natural oasis of the Gardens of Ninfa is also nearby.

Nice apartment located at the 3rd floor with private garage. The balcony is big enough to eat outside and has a nice view on the countryside. On a clear day you can see the ocean which is about 30km far. It takes 5 minutes to reach the train station (15-20 minutes walking) , from which you can go to Rome. Velletri is also nicely located to visit the area in the south of Latium such as the Castelli Romani, Sermoneta and the Parco del Circeo coast

Thanks to this strategically located space, you can also get to Rome in just 40 minutes by bus in front of the house. The apartment is located on the main street of Genzano di Roma, a village in the Castelli Romani (see photo). The construction of the property was carried out in 2022.
