The house is surrounded by a 1000 square metre garden, which is rich in typical Mediterranean lush, capers, agaves, prickly pears and oleanders. A few minutes walk from the house, you can reach the bay of Mannarazza, one of the easiest places to enter the sea, which is characterised by lavic rocks, undersea caves and a wonderful seabed.

All’esterno due patii, uno vista mare con un tavolo da pranzo, l’altro, con divani e poltrone è la zona relax a servizio di una delle camere. Il bellissimo giardino mediterraneo con doccia esterna, barbecue e un gazebo in muratura a strapiombo sul mare con un grande tavolo da pranzo, completano la villa.
