Pleasant apartment Discovery Bay

Enjoy my pleasant apartment in a quiet corner of Discovery Bay. This is where I live when I'm not renting it out. The apartment is fully furnished and equipped. It's right next to Central Park and has a nice sea view. Bus stops to the airport, South Plaza, Sunny Bay and Tung Chung are a 4-6 min. walk, depending where you're going. Walking to South Plaza and the beach takes between 15 and 20 min. Please note that DB is not central HK: make sure it's the right location for you. LGBTQ friendly.

Spacious and bright apartment in tsim sha tsui. Extremelly convenient and central location, cozy and clean layout, with all the comfort needed. Easy access to subway and public transports, restaurants and shopping area, convenience and grocery stores. Familly friendly with 2 bedroom and a large living area, a separate kitchen and bathroom. Our building is less than 1 min walk from MTR and A21 airport bus stop

Eddie was very friendly and responded to all my enquiries quickly. The location is excellent—just a short walk from North Point MTR station. The apartment offers a great view, and the room was very clean and nicely maintained. All the switches were clearly labelled, which was a thoughtful touch. The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. Highly recommend staying at this apartment!

Convenient location - 2 min walk from Tin Hau MTR and right next to tram station and bus station. Lots of great restaurants with lovely local foodies nearby. The apartment is cozy and made us feel like home. Equipped with all the cooking utensils, microwave, oven, electrical water kettle, washer and everything we needed. Herve is a superb host - very friendly and responsive. All the check-in details are provided in a clear and timely manner. Herve was also very kind to allow us check-in late and check-out late to meet our flight schedules, which was exceptionally helpful! We are very pleased with our stay at Herve’s apartment. Highly recommended.

Yohann’s place was one of my best staying in HK. It’s located in a trendy central but quiet area near soho and you will feel very safe and comfortable once you walk in to his place. I enjoyed the beautiful sound of birds each morning and with many plants surrounded. You can also enjoy cooking since the kitchen is well equipped and the roof top is a big plus to enjoy the open view of HK island with breeze. Yohann is the best host even I haven’t met him, he responded quick and tried his best to support and make sure for my well staying. There are so much love in the house. You will feel home right away. 🏡💚

Renovated Apartment with 2 rooms - Kennedy Town!

Convenient location, just two minutes from the Kennedy Town MTR station. Plenty of restaurants, shops, banks, etc. around. The Kennedy Town swimming pool, 7-8 minutes away, is a gem, especially from mid-April through the end of October, when the outdoor pool is open (google the pictures). There is a hiking trail cross the road from the apartment, up steep hills and stairs all the way to Victoria Peak. The living room faces a busy street, but with the windows closed you cannot hear anything. There is no noise in the bedroom. Both AC units are very quiet. The host, property manager, and housekeeper are all doing an outstanding job. The apartment is fully stocked with everything from kitchen utensils to laundry detergent, a generous stack of towels, coffee capsules, and more. Communication was excellent – all my queries were answered instantly. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free.

The unit was located in a great area with many coffee shops and restaurants within walking distance. It also was pretty easy to find public transport if we wanted to travel to other areas of Hong Kong. The room itself was a bit smaller than expected and could be difficult to navigate with two people in the room. Even though it may have been smaller, it did come with great amenities such as the washing machine and dryer, washing detergent and softener as well. The shower was great with 2 options of a rain shower or regular shower head. The only downside was the toilet would get very wet and remain so for most of the day unless moped up. The security at the unit was great and using the lock system was very easy and straightforward. If you are looking for a nice quiet place to stay that has the option of being close enough to both nature (Victoria peak) and the city, then we would highly recommend this unit!

Amazing location at the heart of all restaurants and night bars, super walkable area, even though a bit further from the MTR. Right next to the mid level escalators which makes it very easy to find and access. The apartment itself is really nice and cozy, with everything you need and more. Sang made lots of space for your personal items, which is super rare in HK. WiFi is strong enough to have video calls without any issues. Icing on the cake, Sang is super nice and proactive, asked how things were going after the first night which is really sweet of her! Rare find in HK, I would go back anytime!
