Surrounded by trees, beside a large meadow, this airy suite has vaulted wood ceilings with skylights. Enjoy the outdoor shower and new outdoor sitting area. The location is prime and centrally located, just off historic Music St, a short walk to our small town center which provides many amenities. Set in a grove of mature beech trees, this completely renovated and updated house is ideally located in very desirable Lambert’s Cove. Just a 10 minute walk to both Lambert’s Cove Beach (IMO the most beautiful beach on the Island) and Ice House Pond (the nicest freshwater pond on the Island).

Country cottage walk to Alley's General Store

This sunlit summery cottage is in a very quiet, private and pastoral setting, situated 100 feet from the small Tiasquam River, with many birds chirping in the abundant vegetation and trees nearby. Because of the river's proximity, the cottage has a Composting Toilet. My wife and I live on the property uphill from the cottage. The property is in the countryside but a 5 minute walk to the local town center.

This is a lovely home that has everything you need for your vacation on Martha’s Vineyard. What I loved: The drive up to the house. On our first day I thought it was too long and bumpy and by the end of our week I so loved that drive. You’ll pass horses, cows and chickens along the way. When you turn onto the road, there is a farmstand, which has absolutely wonderful items. The great room in the house very comfortably seats eight or 10 people. The home is stocked with games, puzzles, books, as well as handy items such as beach, chairs and coolers The owners welcome you to use any of the items that they have in the home. I felt at home and given the directions that they left, I felt completely comfortable using their things. Very clear, opening and closing instructions Very comfortable home that well suited us and our grown children What I didn’t love: There was construction close enough to the home that we heard very frequent nail guns, hammering, and other construction

Beautiful home & guest house, walk to beach & pond

I’m a pretty tough reviewer - and this house was absolutely magical! It honestly belongs in architectural digest. It is the perfect mixture of the eclectic vineyard feel but also modern and soo comfortable and clean. I could LIVE in the guest house. All of the materials are so thought out - everything is so comfortable. The vineyard vibe is always eclectic and a bit… old… which can sometimes mean “dirty and buggy”, but not here! It was so clean and so meticulously maintained - but still had the vineyard vibe. My boys were outside everyday from 6am until bedtime on the swing and the hammock and just playing and looking for bugs - they’re crazy and wild normally but everything was so peaceful there!

A well-lit bathroom features a large mirror above a sleek sink with storage below. A freestanding soaking tub is positioned beside a window, providing natural light. An adjoining space includes a washer/dryer and neatly arranged linen shelves, enhancing functionality.

This is a gem of a place. Surrounded by a lovely garden and trees, the place is peaceful and furnished with excellent taste. The master bedroom is ample and full of light (the fact that it looks out onto the garden is a treat). There are idyllic trails nearby and all you really need is nearby. Last but not least, Zada is an excellent host. We'd love to return!

Steve was a great host. He immediately responded to get us out of a jam in short notice. He was very communicative. Place was new & updated. Modern beach feel. Great layout & convenient location (we normally stay in Chilmark & this was much closer to everything). It was perfect for us to unwind after some stressful weeks.

A spacious home is set on lush grounds, surrounded by trees and well-maintained greenery. Sunlight filters through the leaves, casting playful shadows on the expansive lawn. The exterior features a mix of wood textures and a variety of architectural details.

We had a great stay! Nick was very responsive and even had a replacement blender sent over when we let him know the current one wasn’t working. The house is so comfortable and great for large groups. I would definitely stay there again.
