Gimena is a very good host, attentive and always willing to support us in what we need. The house is very well described in terms of services, locations and amenities, it is a place where we would gladly return on our next visit.

Very quiet stay! The site is perfect for resting, and taking advantage of to cool off from the heat, as well as being a good place to bake a meat! Near restaurants and a market as well, in addition to having easy access to the center of Asunción. The rooms were impeccable, and I also highlight the care of leaving clean towels for the guests.

Very pleasant space. Arquitetura a blend of the ancient with modern. Super complete. Espaçoso I recommend: Just missing garage. It's a renovated old property in the center of the capital Asuncion. Carro was without problems on the street, but there was not always a vacancy.

Our stay at Ruben's place was fantastic! Everything was exactly as described, clear specs, well-explained rules, and a super comfortable apartment just like in the pictures. Perfect for long stays and in a great location. Ruben was an incredible host, super responsive throughout the stay, always willing to help and assist us with anything we needed. His hospitality made the experience even better. The pool area is also a great bonus! Highly recommend!

The apartment is very comfortable and has everything you need for both short and long stays. For longer stays, just keep in mind that storage space is somewhat limited. There is 24-hour reception, a great rooftop terrace with plenty of seating and chill-out areas, as well as a pool and a barbecue. We always enjoy coming back here. Communication with Ruben and his team is always easy and pleasant.

The apartment is exactly as shown in the pictures: impeccable and with clean note 10. Everything is super new, and the shower is just amazing! The space is fully equipped, with attention to every detail to ensure comfort. Our stay was excellent, and we will definitely return! In addition, host Laura was extremely attentive, providing all the clear instructions on the location, check-in and operation of the apartment. I highly recommend!

The apartment was great and the location really convenient. Biggie (convince store) was good for stocking up on essentials. The apartment and entire building were clean. The building was quiet with no disruptive noise. We especially enjoyed the shared rooftop pool with amazing views over Asuncion.

Niro is the best host I've ever had. He is always responsive, so helpful and got full of recommendations. I stayed 3 weeks in his lovely furnished and designed flat with a great view from the 7th floor. Also the surroundings are very safe - I did a lot by walking and often came home after 9.00pm. It is well located and there is a lovely green square, lots of trees & plants, with some nice restaurants & bars only 8 minutes walk. I highly recommend Niro's flat. Thank you Niro for being such a nice host - you made my stay very pleasant.
