Feet in the water.

Haïzaro is a recent house designed to be inhabited all year round, comfortable in winter and wide open to the sea and the garden. From the large terrace above the water, you can contemplate the bay and the cape of Erquy. On the dike, in front of the house, passes the GR 34 going from Mont Saint-Michel to the Loire estuary. The village of Erquy is about a 20-minute walk, less at low tide and a 5-minute drive (regardless of the tide). Erquy is lively all year round thanks to fishing.

Le cottage possède son propre petit jardin clôturé parmi les champs et la campagne de Mégrit. Limitrophe du petit village de caractère "Jugon Les Lacs", il vous promet un dépaysement total. "La Coquille" welcomes you in the heart of the Baie de la Fresnaye, in the immediate vicinity of Cap Fréhel and Fort La Latte. A true paradise for shore fishing, walks and hikes, kites and nautical activities, you will be dazzled by the colorful dawn and shimmering twilight, the comings and goings of the tides, the song of sea birds. The house is comfortable, well-equipped, facing south, surrounded by a garden and a high terrace with stunning views.

Peaceful haven between the sea and the countryside

Between sea and countryside, our vacation home is a quiet and pleasant place, located close to Frémur, 1 km from the beaches, the village and its shops. Recently renovated, fully equipped (sheets, towels and cleaning included) our 100 m2 house offers 3 bedrooms (sleeps 5), a bright living room extended by a south-facing terrace, an equipped kitchen, all surrounded by a large garden. Three bikes are available to enjoy the facilities of St Briac.

Les petites maisons arin, Ty mam goz

Ty mam goz (la maison de mamie en français) est une ancienne maison de pêcheur entièrement rénovée et équipée. Son séjour lumineux s'ouvre sur une terrasse et un jardin au sud et sur une baie à l'ouest qui offre une vue panoramique sur l'anse de Beauport et son abbaye. Ce séjour est doté d'un petit poêle à bois susceptible d'agrémenter les journées ou les soirées plus fraîches. Vous y vivrez au rythme des marées dans le plus grand confort.

La Longère à Lamballe

Bienvenue à La Longère ! Le gîte La Longère d’une capacité de 4 personnes, se situe dans une ancienne ferme bretonne près du centre-ville de Lamballe, une jolie ville entre terre et mer dans les Côtes d’Armor. Le nom « La Longère » fait référence à la bâtisse, longue de 52 mètres, dans laquelle se trouve le gîte. Elle a été occupée par notre famille pendant 3 générations et nous y avons de nombreux souvenirs qui nous sont précieux.

The characterful house dates from the 17th Century and is well equipped and furnished to ensure a happy and comfortable stay.
