Vacation rentals with a patio in Lamai

Everything was great in the accommodation. I'd love to come back 👍🏼 Small point of criticism: The wifi is not working properly. But otherwise really nice room 👍🏼

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The apartment is very nice and exactly as advertised and the area is very peaceful since it is in the countryside. However, you are not too far from Lamai so for me the location was perfect. You should rent a motorbike if you stay here. Chrissie and her husband are very friendly and helpful and there’s a very friendly dog who will greet you every time you go out and leave. I would recommend this place to others and I will stay here again if I come to Samui.

Had a great stay at scenery sunrise with Tik, he will take care of you with everything. Also the apartment was beautiful with all the glass on the hills, especially with the sunrise. Would highly recommend!

Very pleasant place! We stayed for couple of days. The house was clean and well-maintained. It also conveniently located, close to the beach. Tania was very friendly and attentive throughout our stay. Check-in was quick, and I appreciated the helpfulness, Tania provided excellent recommendations for local restaurants and scooter rental services. Overall, I had a wonderful stay and would recommend to anyone. Thanks.

Location is perfect! Host is very responsive. Amenities, doors ,chairs,couch, outdoor neighbour privacy can be maintained better. Bed is comfortable. AC in bedroom was great We had a really relaxing stay on the beach. The location is again amazing. Walking distance to breakfast and dinner, massages and if you rent transportation easy to assess the whole island. But again location…That what you are paying for. Will recommend and visit again. This is a lovely home. The bed was extremely comfortable, and it was useful having a full kitchen so we could cook. Having the beach right there was just amazing - a highlight of our trip. We had a really relaxing stay!

Great stay, one of the best cleanliness airbnb I’ve stayed and amazing with the communication

It's a modern, freshly renovated house 10 minute walk from the beach. A cool local food market is 3 mins walk along with supermarkets. The host is really professional and well organized and responded promtly to any requests. House has 4 bedrooms of which 2 are disconnected by a hallway. It's extremely well equipped and we found everything we needed.. and more!

Words cannot even describe the amazing time that we've had here at this Airbnb. This villa is stunning!! It is absolutely huge and words cannot describe it to be honest. Mel's attention to detail is endless. She has thought of things that you yourself don't even think you need! It’s the little things that truly made a difference. We have never been to any accommodation anywhere in the world that has truly had this level of attention ….from the décor to the thoughtful amenities. We even received a lovely welcome basket on arrival which included a bottle of wine, beers, biscuits, chocolates and more! With most Airbnb’s, you end up having to purchase some basics but not here. It’s all laid out for your use. Oh, did we mention the amazing sunsets from the huge deck!! Our only grudge ….. we only had three days in this lovely Villa. Thank you Mel. We could not have asked for a better host and we will be back!

The Apartment was in a great location. You could walk to the beach, the convenience store, and various restaurants. We had been staying in many hotels on this trip, and getting an apartment was a GREAT decision. The place had an oversized couch, a comfy bed, and a washer machine, but most of all, there was LOTS of room to spread out as opposed to a cramped hotel room for the same price. It had easy parking for our rented motorbike, which was a plus. We will definitely stay here next year as well.

We really enjoyed our stay at Paul’s condominium. It was just as he described, spacious and comfortable with a great view. We felt very safe and secure and usually left our front door and back slider wide open to take advantage of a great cross breeze thru the condo. It was our first time staying in an Airbnb, where we had to pay the electricity and water separately, which turned out to be no problem. Although the temperatures were in the mid 80s, we only had to use the air conditioning in the bedroom at night time while sleeping. We stayed nine nights and had the cleaners come in one time and the total charge was just over 800 Baht (about $2.50 per day). The hill to walk into town mentioned by Paul is very steep! Walking up it in the afternoon sun was a killer. We would definitely recommend this Airbnb to our friends and family.

Great location of the apartment, sea and pool view, good noise insulation. Nearby there is a shore with berths, you can not swim on it, but there are many delicious establishments and a market. If you're on a bike, this is an ideal place to stay. The apartment itself is in great condition, well-maintained and stylish. Fast internet, this moment was very important for us to work from the property. Also helpful staff, we asked to update the pan and we got one the next day. Payment for utilities for 2 weeks came out about $50.
