Beachfront vacation rentals in Lamai Beach

Very pleasant place! We stayed for couple of days. The house was clean and well-maintained. It also conveniently located, close to the beach. Tania was very friendly and attentive throughout our stay. Check-in was quick, and I appreciated the helpfulness, Tania provided excellent recommendations for local restaurants and scooter rental services. Overall, I had a wonderful stay and would recommend to anyone. Thanks.

Fantastic stay had by all 6 of us. Very relaxing and peaceful yet a short taxi or car journey to Lamai or Chaweng when we wanted the hustle and bustle. Tone and Par where extremely helpful when needed and went about their daily chores without imposing themselves in anyway. We chose to eat out almost every meal with IBeach a few minutes walk down the beach, and Mordens a few minutes walk in the other direction. Trips out are easily booked and pickups from the villa were easily arranged. It was our first time on Koh Samui and I doubt we would have found anywhere better. Thanks Alan and Nikki for a great time and fantastic villa.

Location, location, location! The shack is what it says - a shack and it was the most perfect place for us. Being right on the beach was incredible. Walking distance along the beach to a fantastic variety of Thai and international restaurants and bars. Walking distance to 7/11 and Big C supermarkets. We didn't hire a car and Jason and Nora's lovely neighbour drove us to the supermarket if we wanted to do a bigger shop. We would hire a car next time. Thank you for a brilliant stay Jason and Nora, you were so lovely to deal with and really enthusiastic and genuine - we look forward to returning and seeing you again.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful villa. The property was stunning, well-maintained, and offered everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The people were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay, always going above and beyond to make sure we felt at home. We would definitely love to return again in the future!

It’s hard to find a place that’s as stylish, well equipped, clean, well located and an ode to Thai aesthetics. This Airbnb was all of that. Such a beautiful stay here and we made use of both the inside and outside area. The location is in our opinion the best on the island. It’s quiet, there is parking and yet it’s a hop across the road from on the coolest and chillest bar and restaurant - Lay Lagom - where you will no doubt find yourself frequent. Jump over two doors to the best seafood restaurant - Krua Bang Por. There are 2 7/11’s and a pharmacy within walking distance. As well as motorbike hire along the main road. There’s a great massage place called Sivadee right at the entrance or the Airbnb otherwise another great one beachfront (and cheaper). There’s also a cute little coffee and juice shop right at the entrance too. We thought VERY good value for money. Thanks Mae!

What an incredible place. If you are looking for some peace away from the throngs of tourists then this is your place. It was a perfect ending to 3 weeks travelling around Thailand with our kids and we didn’t want to leave.

It’s a great place to stay right on the beach, if you’re luckier than us with the weather, you’re gonna have a great time! Obviously of note, just as other reviewers mention, the cafe next door does indeed play music all day long until ~1am or so every day, however all the bedrooms are on another side very much away from the noise. Didn’t hear a thing when sleeping! The first floor is unusual - it’s completely open and stays open like that, as there’s no door on the beach side. However, that’s not a problem as the beach is super safe and we had fun just lounging in that area after a long day of exploring. Hosts were extremely responsive and helped with local recommendations and scooter rentals. All in all, this is probably a place suited for the younger crowd, so definitely go ahead, book it and have fun!

Mandred was an excellent host!! He took care of all our needs arranging transportation to and from the airport helped with baggage in and out of house . Recommendations for places to eat and any other questions we had. The house is amazing very beautiful and great views!! We had an amazing stay and would definitely recommend!!

chittraporn and her husband and lovely generous people. She responds immediately to all questions. They are very interested their guests. the house is located in a quite area with a lovely pool. the beach area is small and to access a longer beach it's only 5 mins away on a scooter. For a long stay I would recommend having your own transport as the restaurants in walking distance are only a few. Also the supermarkets are a good 20; min walk.we organised our scooter hire via Chittraporn and it was great delivery amd price. highly recommend this home.

Ah! What a pleasure it was to live and experience Koh Samui at Pannipa and Markus’s villa ❤️ Pannipa is so beautiful and so friendly. We were welcomed with big smiles and that just made our day! The villa is BREATHTAKING! The pictures don’t do justice at all! It’s such a dreamy place. We TRULY relaxed here. The views from every corner of the villa were just 🤌🏼 and the private pool ❤️ missing it already! We (Vishnu and I) were here for 2 days to celebrate my birthday in tranquility and we really lucked out as those were the only 2 days the villa was available! Pannipa and Vishnu arranged a lovely birthday cake, delicious papaya and really surprised me! Thank you so much for being the friends we miss from back home. It truly felt like home ❤️ what a PERFECT way to end our Thailand trip. Thank you so much for an unforgettable experience Pannipa and Markus! You both are AMAAAAZING! Jeff’s place was very spacious and he was very quick to respond with any questions. The distance was about a kilometre and a half to the major shops and restaurants and easy walking. The indoor pool was great on those hot days. The apartment lends itself to both short and long term stays. My wife and I stayed there for 50 days (February - March 2025) and we would stay there again in a heart beat. Thanks Jeff.

We were a family of 6 adults and two kids travelling from India. Baan Lom Talay felt as comfortable as home and the view was just incredible. Hans's home was so clean and well maintained...and it was beautifully done up...great aesthetics too...the caretaker Mrs Boum was wonderful too, as was Ben who helped us with pick airport pickups and drops. This was a perfect holiday and despite being high tourist season Hans was kind enough to hold the booking for us till we booked flights and locked our itinerary.

The reception by Chris was very warm and accommodating. There was plenty of fresh fruit and cool drinks - simply delicious. Chris gave helpful tips and was always available. Very quiet area, so a car etc. is required; private taxi driver, K. Chan (?), in the neighborhood and very reliable. Private beach around the corner, but it was too quiet for us (a few fishing boats). Waterfalls nearby and easy to reach by car. Beautiful, also for swimming. The sea and sand are most beautiful on Chiang Mai beach; the cost for a lounger and umbrella there is 100 Baht/day. However, the place itself is overrun. Many thanks to Marco and Chris for everything, we would have loved to stay there much longer. It was fantastically beautiful in the villa !

One of my favourite stays! Beautiful, clean, private and quiet accommodation. short walk to many nearby places to eat and shop. Would strongly recommend staying here when visiting. perfect for singles or couples

Highly recommended villa and staff As a family I always live in this neighborhood in samui The outside living room with no AC was. It an issue as it’s designed to be always open while your swimming and enjoying the outdoors Stay in staff khun taz and khun ying were more than wonderful and made our stay very comfortable as the made sure the place was clean throughout the day. If ur looking for a safe beach house don’t think twice.

This is a very special place. So quiet and peaceful. All the room are extremely comfortable and Its location is away from the hustle and bustle but very easy to get to by car . Tony and poon can arrange everything from shopping massages and trips they are absolute legends.

Great place if you’re looking for a relaxing and peaceful time. The property and beach is truly beautiful. Anurak was always very responsive and helpful. I would recommend to rent a motobike to get around the island.

Lovely beach house stay for over a week! Peaceful, serene beach walks, nearby great restaurants, away from the hustle & bustle of more populated areas, super comfy bed (one of the most comfortable I’ve slept on in well over 40 + Air Bnb stays!), hammocks to relax in out on the terrace, beach towels provided …these are just some of the things I loved about this place! Elena also, was generous to accommodate me with a ride to the airport upon my checkout. Highly recommend and would love to stay here again! 🏝️ 👍😎

This is a real gem. You get access to a 5-star hotel with wonderful beach, pools, kids club, activities,restaurants, and air bar with magnificent views (one of 1000 places to visit before you die according to The Times), for a fraction of the price. the villa is huge, and I must say a lot nicer than the photos. the views and sunset are magnificent. Communication with Christian was great. and Nan took great care of us at the spot. We combined the stay with a week at Koh Tao for snorkeling and a week at Chaweng for more central stay, which was perfect for us. 6 adults and 6 kids had the whole villa and the apartment and it was great room.
