Nice and clean place. Spacious. The view from 39th floor was incredible.

Mr. Lin's house as a whole was exactly as described, and all the facilities were as described, clean and tidy, I went out and forgot to get Mr. Carlin and rushed back to help me open the door right away.I haven't met such a good homeowner in a long time, especially the TV is very big, and all the gadgets used are very good, I will definitely stay at Mr. Lin's house next time I have the opportunity.

Very nice condo close to DMK and the SkyTrain 🚆. There is a big mall by the train station platform. This unit is an easy 2-3 minute walk to the train which you can use to access the entire city. Condo is immaculate has everything in good order. Very clean with very good sheets and towels. Hot water works well and has good pressure. WiFi and air con work well as do all the other appliances including the washing machine. You can easily dry clothes quickly on the balcony drying racks. You don’t really need air con always as the breeze comes in through the patio door when open but there are 2 air con units one in the bedroom and one in the living room that work very well. The building has good security, amenities (pool and gym) and is quiet. The host is really nice and professional. She always explained things very well and answered my messages promptly. She helped me with information about getting around the city and even allowed me to check out later since I had a night flight :)

It was located just in front of Central Chaeng Wattana and MTR Pink Line. Location was superb for mobilization using public transport. Rooms are very convenient and comfy. The Views was stunning and can enjoy beautiful Bangkok city from the 28th floor. The building is wheelchair accessible and just beside the main road surrounded by many restaurants.

The apartment is clean, quiet, has great shower and a nice big sofa. Plenty of natural light. Beautiful rooftop pool. Gym and sauna. There's a water filter machine on the 5th floor. Purple line station is 3 minutes away and there's a BigC Supermarket 5 minutes walking distance. The host is very responsive and helpful and made our stay much better with a couple of adjustments. We stayed for one month and really liked it.

It was quiet and peaceful!

A neat house and a place where you can heal in a beautiful place with a nice swimming pool on a high floor, exercise facilities, and even a sky lounge. Peaceful neighborhood, off the beaten path. There were a lot of local markets across the street, the atmosphere was good, and the closer to the overground railroad, there were many local restaurants. When there was a lot of traffic jam like commuting time, I was able to use the overground railroad nearby, and other times, it was close to major tourist attractions, so I was able to travel cheaply to Grab or Bolt. It is a location that is perfect for long-term travel because it is an unreasonable location for local experiences and sightseeing. There was no problem throughout my stay to the point of contact with the host other than check-in and check-out, but whenever I contacted them, they responded kindly and cared about the situation as much as possible, so I was grateful that I was able to relax like it was my own home. If I come on a long trip next year, I liked this house and the friendly host so much that I liked that I would choose this house and come back without any worries. Thanks to you, I had a good rest. Khun Pongpan is very attentive and kind. The place is extremely clean and the surroundings is peaceful and you will wake up all morning with birds singings. There are 5 mins walk 7-11 and local food stall with very fair price. Ramindra Central just next door to the premise gate. Commuting you are 7 mins away walk to mono rail Ramindra 3 Station. Security 24/7 and cleaner, they are so hospitable and ready to help with anything in their capacity. A great stay with decent fee, value for money!

I liked the place, first of all thanks to the owner, he prepared everything, there was water, coffee, even a new sponge for the dishes. There is plenty of dishes, the complex itself is in a guarded area with a swimming pool and gym. Convenient location, 3 minutes walk to the metro, within walking distance of large stores and 7/11

The Location is a bit far from Bangkok close to Airport Don Mueang. very easy to get into and clean. Great AC and Shower had plenty of Hott water. 7 11 right outside. That was a Plus. Pool was nice just like 📸 and Gym great would stay again if back around that area.

Technically everything went well. It seemed like I was back in elementary school (primary school) for the clarifications) of things to use and do. Which is positive. I can't say about transportation because I had a scooter to move around the city, but like all metropolises it was useful.

Our stay at this place was amazing! The host helped us quite a lot and he was very friendly. The place was super clean and the beds are comfy (same type as 5 star hotels).

The condo was clean upon arrival the pool was really nice as it was very hot during our stay. Pooms instructions for checking is was clear and he was always quick to respond. It’s about a 10-15 minute walk to the BTS however there are many motorbike taxi which will take you for 10Baht. Great value for money. Would stay again.

We booked 2 units for business trip from Benny, who is a friendly and nice landlord. We quite enjoy the stay during these days, and we really appreciate Benny's help for everything, like Grab car, show us the way for MTR, change bed sheets on time, and room clean service, etc. He also recommend the Koh Kret for sightseeing, which is a very famous island, and worth to go. In all, thanks so much for his hospitality. We would love to book again if we go near there.

We had an amazing stay at Hermione’s apartment, located on the 18th floor the view is breathtaking. Located right beside Tonsak market which is a beautiful day and night market with some incredible food. Even during an earthquake, Hermione was so attentive and checking in on us making sure we were okay which we really appreciated. Would 1000% recommend this stay!!

This is a fantastic spot to stay while exploring the greater Bangkok area. It is quiet and peaceful. The hosts were professional and attentive. Overall strongly recommended. If I have the opportunity again; I would like to stay there again. I personally drove a car; however, there are public transportation options available to get to this location, highly convenient.

Hosts were very responsive and helpful. Place is just like the pictures. It’s very private and peaceful community. Great for anyone, especially families. Had a great stay. Enjoyed the amenities. Thank you for having me, hope to stay here again.

The host was super nice, very responsive. We have an issue with small insects that she never experienced before, but she tried everything to fix this for us and check back with us every day. The house was nice, organized and clean without clutters. Ee enjoyed birds, fish and fruits from trees grown on her yard. mangoes were so sweet. I will definitely come back again to stay at this house next time, I visit Thailand.

Very beautiful place. Just a little bit away from the city but if you are looking for a family time with great space , best residential location. The host was very responsive and helpful.

First of all: beautiful house. Even better in real life than in pictures. Clean, spacious, everything you need. Just perfect. The pool is incredible, perfect for a cool down. Bedrooms are spacious, bathrooms are clean, AC’s everywhere to cool the house in no time. Surroundings feel really secure. There are three security gates to arrive at the house. For example: at arrival the keys were just hanging by the door. Perfect! We would recommend to hire a car. Once you get used to it, traffic is less daunting than we thought it would be. We drove downtown (in half an hour) to see the reclining Buddha. There are cheap parkings with lots of space right in the neighborhood. If you don’t like to drive you can always take the public transport. There is a large shopping mall, just a 15 min drive away to buy groceries, street food… And then the host, Tanyanat: Friendly, kind and very helpful all the way. Unbelievably quick in responses. Very happy with her as our host.
