New house with an area of 28 m2 decorated in a modern style. I offer a living room with kitchenette and dining room, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 2 terraces, beach, 40 m2 pier, bicycles, sups, kayaks. On the property there is a beautiful barbecue attached in the photos. The area is completely fenced and safe for children.
