Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Lake Yamanaka

I am not really sure what to say that's different than what other reviews that have been posted - but Hillary's place was simply magical. So thoughtfully and beautifully designed, down to every detail... the smell of jasmine growing, to the vintage Japanese record playing in the background - It was less a place to stay, but more of an experience! The bath was divine. We just loved our stay. It's a bit out of the way, and definitely requires some fitness to get up the steps (pack light!) but once you're there, you don't want to leave anyway.

The reception staff was incredibly kind and helpful. As-advertised, beautiful views of Mt. Fuji with a really neat waterfall trail nearby. Shuttle services that were easy to coordinate and delicious locally sourced food options. 10/10 would recommend!!

We felt right at home the minute we step in. the aprt was spotless, clean linens, towels , & furniture looks brand new. Checking in was super easy, Yoshi has given us very clear instructions. He is responsive and has been very helpful with all my queries. Two things though that the host can add in is to provide indoor slippers & hangers in the cupboard. the floor board was extremely cold and we hand to walk around the house barefoot as we do not wear our dirty shoes inside. overall the place is great and we love the stay.

We were a group of 9 people, there were four rooms enough to accommodate all of us. There were two WC and two shower rooms which was enough for us. The rooms were on the lower floor, the kitchen and dining were on the upper floor. The kitchen were well equipped which we could cooked our dinner. The check in time was 3pm, but when we arrived earlier around 11.30am, we were allow to check in. The host, Chiyoko was very quick to response to our enquiry. We could not used the washing machine and she got someone over to fix the problem within 15mins.

This is our favorite Airbnb. We’ve stayed several times now and just love it. Quiet, peaceful, beautiful view of the bay, amazing onsen. In the past, we’ve always driven our car. This is the first time we took the train and took a taxi from the airport. That was easy, and Airi-san helped us schedule a taxi to pick us up when we checked out. Highly recommended.

Our friends and family had an absolutely wonderful stay! From the moment we arrived, everything was just as described—clean, cozy, and thoughtfully set up. Allen was incredibly responsive and welcoming, making check-in seamless and stress-free. Special thanks to Jerry who was extremely nice and welcoming during the shuttle ride to and from the bus stop to the villa The space itself was peaceful and beautifully decorated, with all the little touches that made it feel like a home away from home. The bed was super comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed, and we appreciated the attention to detail throughout. Location was perfect too. Just walk down to the pathway for the best possible view of Mt Fuji without crowds. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great experience! 10/10

The house is clean and new. The view is also nice. Recommend

Nous ne sommes resté qu'une nuit mais nous aurions aimé rester plus longtemps. Le logement est vraiment beau et la vue incroyable au réveil. C'est parfait pour un moment de repos, au calme, durant un séjour au japon.

I myself found the house amazing! though some of the guests I stayed with were a bit wierded out by the furniture in places 😅 overall it was a really clean and also adventurous house! would love yo stay there again for a longer time!
