This is our second stay here and love the place. It has the older home charm that is so tastefully decorated. The kitchen has it all! Roomy and private. Sitting on the back porch watching the dogs run around the back yard is great! The fenced yard is large and very cleared our and safe for the pups, mine loved it! I could go on and on but find out for yourself! You may even make a sweet friend next door! Such a personable person!

Enjoyed our stay here while visiting family in Charlotte. Very cute house and neighborhood was quiet and very convenient to downtown and to Concord where we made several trips. Nice bathroom and shower with plenty of clean towels and linens. Tight fit with king bed in bedroom but bed was so comfortable! Easy to check in and house was very clean! Would definitely stay again.

My fiancé and I along with our 10 month old twin boys needed a place to stay last minute and Richard David came through in a big way. He made our stay very comfortable and flexible. We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful mountain house in Rutherfordton! The views were stunning, the rooms were cozy and well-designed, and the hot tub was the perfect way to relax after a long day. My family and I are from NY, we booked this home because it was close to my sister's house. The hoast was wonderful...had easy instructions and there is a park down the road for my kids. The home is beautiful and has a beautiful back yard for the kiddos to play in. We enjoyed our stay immensely and are hoping to return very soon! Thank you!

This was our second time staying at Reeve’s place while on a road trip. Only a few minutes off of 95. My mom and I had our two dogs with us. The pool house is the perfect size for two people. Both the bed and pull out are super comfortable. We were able to keep the gates to the pool closed so that our dogs didn’t bother the house dogs - although they are very sweet and quiet pups! Will definitely stay again on our next drive down 95. Thanks for having us back!

Perfect host! Very responsive and accommodating. We stayed here due to repairs being done to our home and Edward was most accommodating to our needs and allowed early check in. He responds practically immediately. He went above and beyond for our stay here. Much appreciated! Thank you a million times over!

Kristi and Amber are incredible hosts. Not only are they highly communicative, but they do so in a manner that makes you feel as if you are talking to an old friend: comfortable, casual, and caring. The property is located in a cozy, safe neighborhood and so close to the restaurants and new living areas in SouthEnd. We also just loved the mini-oasis located in the fenced in back yard area. We are so fortunate to have been able to even find this gem and for Kristi and Amber’s generous hospitality.

Highly recommend! It was private, peaceful, and the bed was SO great! The pool was beautiful, we did not get to enjoy it due to the weather — which we are so sad about! Next time :) We brought our babies with us and Jim made sure to have a gate at the top of the stairs and brought up a high chair and booster seat for them! We will be back!

10/10 recommend staying here. Suzanne was incredibly accommodating. Her place is beautiful, private and peaceful. We also tried her restaurant which was some of the best food I’ve ever had!!! Suzanne was super helpful, kind and constantly went above and beyond for us during our stay. If you’re thinking about booking with her, just do it! You won’t regret it.

Went to Charlotte for a bachelorette trip and the house made the whole trip! It was spacious and the outside seating upstairs was perfect for game nights and hibachi! Our host was extremely easy to get In contact with when I had questions! We would absolutely book this place again!!!

If you're like us and dig deep into the reviews, we want to correct some misinformation. The shower is larger than the standard 32", and we took successive unhurried showers and didn't run out of hot water. The location is private and quiet. Real value for the money.

We were only there one night but it was just what we needed. Quiet and clean and very comfortable. Robbi was extremely nice and accommodating. She even had such nice touches for our dog from a bone to a bowls already set up with water. We will stay again when in town.

We had a cozy and pleasant stay! John & Sandy’s home was clean, welcoming, and had a spacious living area that was perfect for relaxing. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. Everything was just like the pictures. Kitchen is well equipped and clean. The washer and dryer are so helpful for a stay longer than a few days. The area is clean and felt safe. This was perfect for us and our dogs while staying in the area for a wedding. The view is absolutely amazing and the apartment was cozy. Morgan really pays attention to detail and all of the usual things that may be forgotten while packing, she had in the airbnb available. I was pleasantly surprised! One thing to note is that the apartment is located below their family’s home, and it can be loud at times as you can hear every footstep/movement upstairs, however, it didn’t really bother us in particular as we live in a duplex and are used to it. It did not keep us up or interfere with our experience. We really felt at home here and would definitely return. Thank you, Morgan!

We had a great stay! It was nice to be able to feel right at home, especially after a long drive from Florida. Sven loved the pet friendly openess of the home and being able to roam around out back in a fenced in area.

We stayed almost a whole month and truly felt at home. Loved every single thing about this little cottage on an orchard. Pat is a superstar host in my book. Always responsive and helpful in any way. We loved the location it's the perfect mix of feeling isolated but really only 5 minutes to the grocery store. Everything you need for an extended stay is right here. We'll be back!
