We just stayed here and absolutely loved it! Dave, the owner, was very communicative and responsive. He and his wife were so kind, helpful, and friendly. The apartment was very clean, comfortable and cozy. They had everything that you might need. The location was quiet and fairly secluded , yet just a few minutes to shops, restaurants, a grocery store, etc. It’s such a quaint and beautiful area. The lake was amazing! It was crystal clear and sandy which is hard to find at a lake house. They had a wonderful beach area, outdoor space, lounge chairs, a hammock, a fire pit, floats , a paddle board, canoe, etc. There was a dock with comfortable chairs to sit and watch the sunset in the evening with a glass of wine. We’ve stayed at several lake houses and this was by far, our favorite! Everything was just incredible! We were so relaxed here and had such a wonderful time! We highly recommend it. Everything was fantastic! It was heavenly! We already plan on going again next year.

Doug is a great host and his home is so cozy- it feels like a family home. Our 2 dogs were welcomed and we felt at ease. The area is residential and quiet. Super easy to everything you need.

The Chalet was a wonderful space for our family of 4 to relax on a winter getaway. The home was clean and cozy and the breakfasts were the highlight of each day, especially for our 2 teenage sons. Our hosts were very kind and helpful and even directed us to a great local sledding hill with their wooden toboggan. The hosts live upstairs and guests have the downstairs which has 2 nice bedrooms (one with a gas stove, a dining table and a Keurig), a lovely bathroom and a common area with 2 couches, a TV, mini-fridge and lots of games. The entrance is shared with the hosts but this was not obtrusive as they gave privacy while still being available if needed. We definitely will consider staying again if traveling back to the area!

John was a lovely host, and the apartment was wonderful. The location was a great starting point from which to explore the surrounding area. Super peaceful, and the bed was so comfy. At night, you can see the stars through the skylights, which was great. The place had everything needed for a short stay, would definitely recommend!

It was a great location with a vibrant downtown full of shops, delicious food, and great coffee. The Airbnb was peaceful, cozy, and perfect for a winter stay, with games to keep us entertained. The directions and instructions were clear and helpful. We wish we could have stayed longer to explore more of the area and would definitely stay here again!

We had such a lovely stay here! It’s exactly what we needed for our wedding weekend, to be close to our venue and have our pups with us. The hosts were so accommodating, responsive and kind. The place had everything we needed! Also might be the most comfortable bed ever.

We had a very relaxing stay at Carl & Rose's place. It was a very cozy space on a rainy fall weekend. Lots of fleece blankets, pillows and tea made us feel warm and welcome. The oversized reclining couch and 4-poster bed were super comfy. The height of the bed was a bit intimidating at first but quite luxurious once you sink into the soft supportive mattress. Great home base for exploring the beautiful scenery of Maine and nearby NH, especially with the leaves in full color.

This place was the perfect weekend getaway from the city. Super clean, quiet, peaceful and felt right at home . While the apartment is connected to a house, there was never any disturbance and feels like no one is there! Alicia and Sean were super friendly and responsive with any help we needed. Lots of great restaurants in the area and quick drive to nearby towns. Definitely recommend and would love to come back!

Conor's lakeside cabin was a lovely place to stay. Private, quiet, beautiful, I highly recommend for a weekend or week away. It is well off the road, the instructions to get there were very clear and Conor was very responsive which is excellent. We will certainly be staying here again!

Very friendly host, very clean place, lovely home and property, and very quiet. A perfect Airbnb for our two night stay where we enjoyed some time at the beach and ate at great restaurants. Highly recommend the Beach Pea in Kittery for breakfast. Yummy.

We had the distinct pleasure of being the very first guests at Ray’s stunning lakefront property, and it truly felt like an honor. The home is situated just across the road from the water—so close that you can enjoy the lake’s beauty from the patio. The location is ideal: just a 3-minute drive to Weirs Beach, yet feels peaceful and private. Sunrise views from the home are breathtaking, and the outdoor patio is the perfect spot to unwind, simply soaking in the serene surroundings. Inside, the house is impressively modern, with high-end furnishings and thoughtful design throughout. We especially appreciated the well-stocked game collection—perfect for families—and the top-notch espresso machine, which came pre-filled with delicious coffee beans (a lovely and unexpected touch). When we needed a slight later checkout, Ray was more than willing to work with us to find a solution that fit both our needs. In short, this home has great location, amenities, and hospitality.

We had a fantastic stay. Courtney is an excellent host and very proactive with communication. Located in a quiet neighborhood minutes from North Conway, the unit is clean, comfortable and relaxing. There is an overall spacious feel that made us and our pups feel right at home. The property is beautiful and located next to a scenic river. Recommend chilling in one of the adirondack chairs there. This place offers the best of both worlds with a quiet relaxing vibe close to great outdoor activities and all the restaraunts and shops in North Conway.

This was a perfect place for us. We were in town to surprise some relatives for a baby shower. It was close to where we wanted to go and had a nice secluded parking spot.

It was a beautiful suite with everything you could possible need. The extras were so thoughtful. Even with very rainy weather staying inside was relaxing and very enjoyable. Everything was so well thought out. We will definitely return.

Mike has created a very comfortable and private setting which was just perfect for celebrating graduation with a grandson whom we hadn't seen in a year. The AirBnB was extremely clean and provided everything we needed. Mike was a perfect host and greeted us upon arrival to answer any questions and give pertinent information. We would definitely stay at his place again.

We loved our stay here! Such a sweet little attached cottage surrounded by trees. My husband loved all the warblers in the morning (at least 10 different species!). We appreciated how clean it was, especially the kitchen and bathroom areas. Would highly recommend! The hosts were both very kind and considerate.

Great location and very charming location. Was very comfortable. Great kitchen with a gas stove and all the necessary implements for cooking meals. Cole and his wife were very responsive and helpful with questions that i had and they even left us with a bottle of wine and cookies when we arrived which was splendid as it was our anniversary. The location was super close to the covered bridge, the Echo Lake State Park and the Kancamagus, as well as US 302 which were in prime fall colors during our stay.

Ben and Rachel provided easy to follow, relaxed and clear instructions for everything from accessing the space, house rules, and expectations for how to take our leave. The surroundings are quiet and the accommodations comfortable. We enjoyed our stay. My son lives in the area and we were able to easily spend time together with him and other friends. The proximity to the Newfound Lake area and the mountains made for great recreational opportunities. Thank you Ben and Rachel for a hassle free experience.

Peter's lovely granddaughter greeted us upon arrival and helped us get settled. And Peter was also very communicative from booking to departure and seemed like a great guy! The place had so many thoughtful touches such providing oat milk, charging cords, and helpful restaurant recommendations. We certainly enjoyed our stay
