Loved having coffee in the sun room! Although we were there for a very short time, it was so nice to have a comfortable, elegant place to stay that wasn't a hotel while we visited town for our daughter's parent's weekend. This place was great! It had everything you could have needed. It was secluded with privacy but also in a great location to town! It felt just like home here! I would highly recommend this place to anyone and if i ever make it back to Conway I will definitely be trying to stay here!

We just stayed here and absolutely loved it! Dave, the owner, was very communicative and responsive. He and his wife were so kind, helpful, and friendly. The apartment was very clean, comfortable and cozy. They had everything that you might need. The location was quiet and fairly secluded , yet just a few minutes to shops, restaurants, a grocery store, etc. It’s such a quaint and beautiful area. The lake was amazing! It was crystal clear and sandy which is hard to find at a lake house. They had a wonderful beach area, outdoor space, lounge chairs, a hammock, a fire pit, floats , a paddle board, canoe, etc. There was a dock with comfortable chairs to sit and watch the sunset in the evening with a glass of wine. We’ve stayed at several lake houses and this was by far, our favorite! Everything was just incredible! We were so relaxed here and had such a wonderful time! We highly recommend it. Everything was fantastic! It was heavenly! We already plan on going again next year.

Doug met us on arrival and he was very accommodating. He offered help with finding restaurants and even offered to start a fire in the wood burning stove. The apartment was so cozy and beautifully decorated. The beds were comfy and we felt right at home. Would love to return one day.

We (two families) had an awesome time here. We did have a glitch with the door code but it was a last minute booking & John was apologetic. We would definitely stay again— this is a great ski-in/out condo that is also lovely in the summer

Charles and Nicole were phenomenal hosts, cozy guest suite with comfortable bed, coffee provided, fridge, toaster oven, supplied toiletries, heated floors. Charles was extremely responsive and made navigating check in and getting settled in very easy. Very friendly with a wealth of knowledge about the area, local restaurants, things to do ect.. shoveled walkways and driveway prior to me getting up and about for the day. Great guest suite in a prime location in meredith within walking distance of many things to do, 100% would visit again and would recommend anyone looking for a nice weekend getaway to look no further and book with Charles!

We came into town for a friends wedding, this stay was incredibly convenient to the reception and wedding location. Host was very helpful with providing everything we needed and was accommodating to us potentially needing to stay an extra day due to a winter storm.

The Chalet was a wonderful space for our family of 4 to relax on a winter getaway. The home was clean and cozy and the breakfasts were the highlight of each day, especially for our 2 teenage sons. Our hosts were very kind and helpful and even directed us to a great local sledding hill with their wooden toboggan. The hosts live upstairs and guests have the downstairs which has 2 nice bedrooms (one with a gas stove, a dining table and a Keurig), a lovely bathroom and a common area with 2 couches, a TV, mini-fridge and lots of games. The entrance is shared with the hosts but this was not obtrusive as they gave privacy while still being available if needed. We definitely will consider staying again if traveling back to the area!

Such a beautiful place and perfect for a couple! Close to Pats Peak and Ice castles! Went for my anniversary with my boyfriend and he was surprised of how great it was since I booked it. Such a clean place and everything needed was there! Bed was the best part because it was the most comfortable cloud ever and sleeping was amazing there. Will for sure book again for another ski trip!

What a beautiful location. The studio was bigger than we expected and beautifully decorated! The enclosed glass room is where we sat and had our morning coffee, the view is beautiful, so peaceful. The kitchen had everthing we needed . The bathroom was very clean, as was the whole studio. We felt very comfortable and safe. For us it was a great location for leaf peeping. Plenty of nice restaurants near us and a convenient store right up the road. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you again for sharing your beautiful property.

We had a very relaxing stay at Carl & Rose's place. It was a very cozy space on a rainy fall weekend. Lots of fleece blankets, pillows and tea made us feel warm and welcome. The oversized reclining couch and 4-poster bed were super comfy. The height of the bed was a bit intimidating at first but quite luxurious once you sink into the soft supportive mattress. Great home base for exploring the beautiful scenery of Maine and nearby NH, especially with the leaves in full color.

This place was the perfect weekend getaway from the city. Super clean, quiet, peaceful and felt right at home . While the apartment is connected to a house, there was never any disturbance and feels like no one is there! Alicia and Sean were super friendly and responsive with any help we needed. Lots of great restaurants in the area and quick drive to nearby towns. Definitely recommend and would love to come back!

Conor's lakeside cabin was a lovely place to stay. Private, quiet, beautiful, I highly recommend for a weekend or week away. It is well off the road, the instructions to get there were very clear and Conor was very responsive which is excellent. We will certainly be staying here again!

The Retreat on Rogers was clean, comfortable, spacious, quiet, and walkable to downtown Dover. Matt was the ultimate host, and went above and beyond with all the little things… plenty of coffee and multiple ways to brew it, lots of kitchen supplies for cooking and eating, more paper products than you’ll need, etc. We’d definitely stay with Matt again!

Bob and Judy's place is a real gem. Great location and super clean! Quiet/beautiful setting. Be sure to glance at the stars as they are a sight to see due to the low light pollution. Tip - Google maps does not pick up the address but Bob/Judy were thankfully readily available to help navigate us to their home. Location was centrally located to all of our adventures. Would book again in a heartbeat.

It was perfect! Close to everything we wanted and needed.

Had a great stay at the Wanderwell House. Plenty of space and privacy across two bedrooms, gas fireplace created cozy atmosphere, and kitchen had everything we needed for a few simple meals (+ jar of coffee ready to brew!). Convenient to a lot of shopping and outdoor activities, we had a fun time cross country skiing in nearby Jackson.

This place is an absolute gem! From the linens to the fixtures, lighting, decor, artwork…all of it, cozy, refined rustic luxury meticulously curated to equal the laid back charm of an old family place passed through the generations. Seemingly in the middle of nowhere, tranquil and remote, yet close enough to all the things, you will find everything you need without the clutter of things you don’t. This is a great place to unwind, sleep like a log, (the beds are super comfy, and it smells SO good) and take a few steps back in time…just a truly elevated experience worth every penny! I live right up the road, and will refer all my overflow guests here, as well as book again for myself! We hated to leave, can’t wait to come back!

Theresa’s place was incredible! I would highly recommend staying here. We came for a weekend and the guide book was incredibly helpful for finding all the best restaurants, hikes, vistas, and activities in the area! It was so thoughtful of them to get some groceries for the fridge prior to us checking in. The attention to detail was second to none & I would recommend staying here to anyone who is considering!

This is a beautiful cabin in the woods. Host is very responsive to the few questions we had. Large living space, great kitchen and master and spacious upper deck. The wood burning stove was amazing, some wood was provided but be prepared to pick up a couple of bags. Very easy to find at any gas station. My only better if is for guests to be able to turn the outdoor lights completely off at night. They are quite bright. The star/moon gazing is incredible on the deck but the exterior lights took away from the experience. We loved this space as a home base for hiking in the White mountains and would definitely book again.

We were very comfortable in this airbnb. It was clean and the temperature was perfect. The host was pleasant and accommodating. The only thing that was difficult was the quality of the road to get there which is out of the control of the host.

Ben and Rachel provided easy to follow, relaxed and clear instructions for everything from accessing the space, house rules, and expectations for how to take our leave. The surroundings are quiet and the accommodations comfortable. We enjoyed our stay. My son lives in the area and we were able to easily spend time together with him and other friends. The proximity to the Newfound Lake area and the mountains made for great recreational opportunities. Thank you Ben and Rachel for a hassle free experience.

This is a perfect example of why this website beats out hotels. Friendly helpful hosts, homey interior, beautiful surroundings, and even some breakfast food? If you can stay here, do it.
