Downtown! Studio w 3/4 Bathroom. Private Entrance!

This is one room with a queen bed and a 3/4 bathroom. Breakfast nook, mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker. This room comes with it's own seperate entrance, private bathroom, and private patio (Patio is not open in the winter). Also we have off street parking for one or two cars. I am new to hosting, so for now please a two person max. Walking distance to downtown. Less than 100 yards and you are in the middle of downtown Meredith.

Jeff and his wife were very warm and friendly! Their store and brewery were just wonderful. . Newfound lake and the locals were also so very warm and friendly. The Roundhouse was just perfect and had everything you need for a cosy vacation. . Highly recommend this beautiful spot!!

Sweet little spot in a lovely town. Enjoyed our stay. Only thing we were surprised by was there wasn’t any soap / shampoo in the shower. Any place we’ve stayed at before has offered this. Not a huge deal. Overall a peaceful and enjoyable visit.

Probably one of the best places I've stayed at. Patrick makes you feel right at home from the moment you book the place. The cottage is right next to the lake and just a step away from Wiers beach, a great place to lay down and relax. Patrick even accomodated for local experiences, knowing I had travelled alone. Patrick and Gladys took me hiking and I even went out for drinks with Patrick. Honestly, if I could give the place 6 stars I would. Could not recommend it enough.

We had the most wonderful few days at the cabin and honestly, the pictures do not do it justice! It was spotlessly clean, the beds were super comfy, we had everything we needed and it had some unique, quirky features. The location was really good, not too far where we wanted to go and you felt like you were right in the middle of nature. If you want to get away from it all this is the perfect place!
