　　　✨2026NEWオープン✨ 　 三世帯家族、2家族、グループ （最大9名まで） 静かな住宅街、広い日本庭園、眺めの良い一棟貸し切り温泉宿 源泉かけ流し１００％の虎杖浜温泉♨️トロトロの温泉で湯上がり後も身体がぽかぽかです。 当施設の直ぐ横の小屋が、温泉源泉地です。 温泉の窓からは、日本園庭の眺めも良く夜には月明かりが綺麗です。 プライベート温泉 夜の景色と朝の景色が違いますのでお勧めです。 日本古風の縁側には、ロッキングチェア、ハンギングチェアで庭の景色を眺めながらゆっくりとお寛ぎ下さい♪ お子様が遊べるキッズスペース♪ 虎杖浜（Kojyouhama）駅徒歩5分に当施設が御座いますが、特急が停車しない駅になります。 特急の場合は登別駅からタクシー（5分） ❗️交通に不便なエリアになりますのでお車でお越し頂く事をお勧め致します。 ❗️近くにスーパーが有りません。 登別又は白老のコープさっぽろでお買い物をされてからチェックインをお勧め致します。 コンビニ、セイコーマート徒歩10分 ❗️自然豊かな場所ですので、虫も出ます。 私達夫婦で管理している施設です。お気軽にご連絡下さい😊

洞爺湖の目の前に位置しているコテージです。 最大宿泊可能人数は7人でセミダブルベットが3台、シングルベットが1台、ソファーベッドが１台、畳部屋に３人分布団が用意されています。 バスタブにはマイクロバブルを発生する機能がついております。 BBQ道具（焼き台、炭、トング、皿、コップ、箸、ナイフ、フォーク、スプーン、キッチンペーパー、ウエットティッシュ、調味料*油、醤油、塩コショウ*　等）も無料で貸し出し可能で、 屋根の下で風向きによっては雨でもBBQが出来るように広いウッドデッキがございます。 ※BBQ期間5月~9月 なお、BBQは9：00PMまでとなっております。 近隣の住民の方々にご配慮の上お楽しみください。 綺麗な湖を見ながらくつろげる高級コテージで過ごしてみるのはいかがでしょうか。 自転車も無料で２台準備しております。 【周辺施設情報】 ●水の駅周辺のセイコーマートコンビニエンスストア　　　営業時間07:00~23:00 ●庭からも花火がご覧いただけますが、温泉街でお楽しみいただくのがおすすめです。 ●施設から一番近い食料品店は、伊達市のスーパーマーケットです。

Relaxing house by Lake Toya

The house is located in a quiet natural setting, about 30 seconds from the shores of Lake Toya. It has a spacious living/dining room, two bedrooms, and a Japanese-style room that can accommodate up to 7 people. It is about a 10-minute drive from Toya Onsen Hot Spring Resort and Toya Station. There are no restaurants or stores around. Reservations are generally accepted up to six months in advance, but guests wishing to stay for one week or longer will be given priority.
