Vacation rentals with lake access in Lake Seminole

Our group had a wonderful stay in Bob & Sherry’s place. The home was spacious and immaculate. The yard and lake were peaceful and beautiful. It was the perfect location for enjoying Lake Talquin & the surrounding forests, as well as visiting Tallahassee. Highly recommended.

Lori Very responsive goes out of her way to make sure that you are happy communicates very well did maintenance check on us to make sure everything was good if anything wasn't she fixed immediately took care of it we were there for a few months and we will probably be back in about a month or so thank you for everything that you did Lori we greatly appreciate it the guys enjoyed the place

Such an amazing spot! Gorgeous sunsets. Great for our families Spring Break. Far away from “Spring breakers”. Josh responds to any questions or needs within 20 minutes. Huge backyard, great for cornhole & lawn games. Approx. 50 min from the beach (due to Spring Break traffic), otherwise it wouldn’t take that long. (We knew this!) The converted garage to game room was a hit with our kids (10 yo to 18 yo) We had epic ping pong & darts battles over the 3 full days that we were there. Definitely an amazing spot!

Its not often you show up to a rental and the pics do no justice. Usually, theyre cropped and panned and makes things look bigger than they are. But upon arriving, we notice that was jot the case. The yard and all was much prettier snd open and larger than it looked. Same with the porches and space. Beautiful and peaceful and lots of deer roaming the property in the am and pm. River was flowing hard which made fishing and swimming impossible but i think it was due to northern rain, because it obvious the folks inbtbe area swim there often. Definitely worth the price.

Beautiful home on a lake. Very quiet and peaceful. Allowed us to escape and relax. Saw some colorful sunrises and enjoyed the sound of the water while kicking back on the deck. Extra surprise when we watched a white squirrel play in the trees. This was just the getaway we needed.

Had a great time! Perfect spot to fish lake Seminole… plan to return soon. Host Judy was responsive and helpful.

Sheena’s lake house was everything we needed and more. The setting was beautiful and the house was more than what we expected with a nice dock, a fire pit, screened porch and decks. We enjoyed fishing and caught and released several bass. The boathouse was stocked with everything we needed for a wonderful family time at the lake. Treats left by the house were an extra nice and special touch. We would definitely return in the future!

Mr. Randall’s listing exceeded all expectations. The serene and peaceful surroundings offered the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. His home was warm, inviting, and well maintain. One of the highlights was his dock, without a doubt one of the best I've ever had the pleasure of enjoying. The small housing on the dock provided a cozy spot to relax when I got tired of fishing– it was the ideal place to take a break and enjoy the view. Mr. Randall was a true gem. From the moment we arrived, he made us feel like old friends. He and my husband hit it off right away, and we spent hours chatting about fishing and life. Mr. Randall generously shared his knowledge of fishing, and even helped clean the enormous catfish we caught. His kindness and hospitality truly made the experience unforgettable. If I could give this listing 10 stars, I absolutely would! The warmth of the welcome we received set the tone for our entire stay. Thank you for everything...You are awesome!!

James was a great host. We were on the run from Hurricane Milton and James even offered us to stay as long as we needed for free! We did not need the extra time but what a wonderful offer. A true Southern Gentleman.

This is a charming old apartment in a complex that was turned into condos some years ago. The exterior of the complex is misleadingly dingy--concrete block with water stains from a few window units. It's bohemian, with hardwood floors, two balconies, old furniture, and a lot of character. The building does not front the street, so there is a green courtyard between it and the buildings in front of it that has walkways, huge live oaks, and a bench. You can hear birdsong most of the time from inside. A lake is within walking distance, as is an organic grocery. Landlord was out of state and relied on the previous rental tenant to clean the apartment, so it was not pristine. The landlord now has a housekeeper to clean it after every stay. Some necessities were missing--dish towels, a toilet scrubber, a bath rug--but the landlord was EXTREMELY responsive and everything was supplied. He even had safety hooks put on the screen doors! You will love it if you are artsy and want peace.

Jack and Mollie's place was perfect. It was very clean and had everything we needed. The neighborhood was quiet. We enjoyed breakfast and coffee at The Black Dog Cafe that was a short walk away. We would definitely stay again

What a beautiful gem in SW Georgia around 7 miles from downtown Thomasville. This lakeside cottage is the perfect place to unwind and relax from the stresses of every living. The view from the screened back porch and/or sunroom is incredible and never grows old. The kitchen is well-stocked with anything you could need for cooking. Very comfortable beds with room darkening shades in all rooms. That’s the place and surroundings; then there’s the host. Teresa is the best host we have ever had in 11years of Airbnbing. She is kind, generous and very proactive. Any problems would be quickly taken care of. Thomasville is a charming small town with great shopping and dining. Sass and Jonah’s Fish and Grits can’t be missed! Highly recommend Teresa’s place; you will never forget your time spent there!

Spent a week here for a fishing trip. Steve greeted me with some fishing info while Sandra made sure everything was exactly what I needed. They gave full access to their boat doc and lift. Privacy is no issue here while you feel you can call for help or info at anytime. This is the place to be if you want easy access fishing. Or even just a calm relaxing time by the water. Step outside at night and listen to all the critters sing! These two have a great thing going.

Wonderful little quiet lake house. Fully stocked with everything you could need. I was able to cook pretty much anything with the available kitchen supplies. Clean and cozy. Beds were comfortable. Only thing we missed was a washer and dryer and there is no WiFi (blessing in disguise, honestly.) Only basic cable. Fishing was great. Caught different types of fish right from the dock. The lake is prime fishing if you have a boat.

This place was absolutely amazing! We wished we had stayed more than a weekend! The house was super clean, the lake view and back area was incredible, and the community itself was super cool! We fished all weekend and caught a bunch of fish. They don’t list this but they have 2 kayaks for you to use too! We’ve stayed in MANY airbnbs over the years and I’ve never seen them stock drinks and snacks so we thought that was a nice touch too!! Loved this place!!!!

10/10 would recommend this place. This is my second or third stay and it is just as welcoming and pleasant as the first

We enjoyed our time there. Coming in on a cold front did not help with the fishing. But will go back.
