The cottage is nestled behind the main house on a cove with access to a dock on the main lake. The area is abundant with deer and wildlife. It's the perfect place for fishermen, hunters and those who just want to get away to write and absorb nature. There is a boat ramp within 5 min and the Bainbridge boat basin is 20 min away. Available for hire are fishing and hunting guides.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. This home is located directly on beautiful Lake Seminole! It has a screened porch for relaxation! The kitchen is well stocked with most all cooking utensils you will need. The home also has DirecTV with sketchy WiFi Internet. We are working on Internet! There are 3 Bedrooms which are spacious with comfortable beds. Fenced front yard. Also 2 bathrooms. The boat landing is not far from the home if you want to bring your boat. Heat/Air!

You will enjoy a massive fireplace, cathedral ceiling with cypress beams, and a large sun-room offering a wonderful view of the lake, two miles from Seminole State Park & a slip for boats nearby. The house was originally built in 1921 and in 2018 we had the house moved down to the pond and did a full renovation while preserving as much original character as we could.
