Darby's Lake House Retreat

Beautiful, spacious house located on beautiful Lake St John, Louisiana. This is an entire house with a wonderful 56 x 14 foot screened in front porch. The sunsets are just amazing. This home features 3 bedrooms and two baths. There is a sectional in the living room that can easily sleep 2 plus a twin day bed. Two bedrooms have two queen size beds each and the 3rd bedroom has a king size bed. Outside there is a fabulous big charcoal grill. This retreat is so charming you will never want to leave!

Waverly Cottage is a charming comfortable apartment in a peaceful country setting just 10 minutes South of Natchez. 1 Queen Bed with memory foam mattress comfortably sleeps two adults. Loveseat pulls out to sleep additional small adult or child. I am happy to accept small pets (under 20 lbs.) must be crated when left alone. Full kitchen features everything you need to cook up a gourmet meal. Enjoy a cozy sitting area with 42in. Satellite TV, includes Wi-Fi, Washer and Dryer for your convenience.

Location! Front side, half mile from Ducks Nest and boat launch. Relax with the entire family and enjoy beautiful days and amazing sunsets. This 3 bedroom, 2 bath lake house has 2 queen beds and 2 single over double bunk beds. It provides plenty of room for 8 guests. StarLink WiFi provided. Enjoy the large Live Oak Tree shaded lot. The pier has a large swim deck with ample room for chairs/loungers. Swim right off the pier! 2 kayaks and floats provided.

My place is close to Okissa Lake, Clearsprings Recreational area, city of Natchez, and the Natchez Trace.. it is only 2 1/2 hours from New Orleans, or less than 2 hours from Baton Rouge. You’ll love our place because the property is located in the middle of the Homochitto National Forest. It is secluded and quiet. No plane, train, or automobile noise.. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets).

We loved the huge gameroom and large pier. Caught lots of 3 to 6 lb blue catfish off the pier. Charlie and Molly were quick to reply back and the neighbors on both sides were friendly as well. We will book again if available.

Sheila was very responsive and communicated before and throughout the entire stay. She was an amazing hostess and I really enjoyed her home. It was cozy and comforting. I was even greeted every morning with the neighborhood cat. Highly recommend her home if visiting Natchez!

Lake Concordia - Pier Happiness - Relaxing!

Very peaceful and relaxing. Was just what we needed. Loved that we had a place to park our boat, nice deck over the end to watch the boats and drink coffee in the morning. The grill and covered patio were also nice. Having a washer and dryer was a plus. Will definitely be back soon.

Jay sent instructions on how to get to the home that were very clear and easy to navigate. The keyless entry is wonderful. The home is a very well kept and maintained for an older home. There was the usual coffee pot and Keurig which was great for my husband, but they also had an electric tea pot which I loved as I am a tea drinker! Restaurants and shops were close by. It was a wonderful stay, would stay there again. Thank you Jay

Our stay at the cabin was everything we needed and more. It’s very secluded, far out into the country, and surrounded by peaceful, beautiful nature. Be aware that most GPS systems will say you’ve arrived before you actually have. You need to go about another mile up the road. When we realized this, we called Chad and he answered right away. He was incredibly helpful and walked us through it with no problem. We reached out to him a few times during our stay with questions, and each time he responded quickly and kindly, always making sure we were taken care of. The cabin itself was very clean and comfortable, with everything we needed, including plenty of toilet paper and fresh linens. It’s well maintained and clearly cared for. We saw rabbits and deer during our stay, and the whole environment brought a sense of calm and connection. It was a healing, beautiful experience for our group of women looking to get away and reconnect with nature. We’ll definitely be back.
