The house has an elevator and the apartment can be accessed by a door code. A romantic cafe Mandel just at the end of my street has perfect coffee and cakes for breakfast. Supermarket 10 minutes walk away, train station 12 minutes, bus station 25 minutes. A beautiful walk to the Estonian National Museum takes 45 minutes. Aparaaditehas - Tartu's creative city with restaurants and shops - 12 minutes.

It has all the amenities you need for a peaceful retreat – silence, solitude, beautiful nature, a warm fireplace, sauna and starry nights. You can enjoy real Estonian farmlife - bring water from the well, make food on a woodheated stove and heat the sauna. And most importantly – work and worries can’t reach you here! There is no internet and the limited electricity is powered by the sun. Come and enjoy peace!
