It is one of the few properties in the area with a swimming pool (shared among a few units, open from June 1 to September 30). Just a few minutes’ walk away, you can reach the lake and the town center, where you will find all the main amenities: a convenience store, cafés, restaurants, a pharmacy, a tobacco shop, and a newsstand. Car parking is available within the residence.

A corridor leads to the bedroom, which has a queen-size bed and a balcony overlooking the lake, as well as a nice little table. Next to the bedroom, there is the bathroom with shower.
