Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Lake Ohrid

Really enjoyed our stay. Close to everything we wanted: pubs, resturants, the lake. Nickola was really helpful, met us at the apartment, showed us around and have some great recommendations for things to do/places to visit. Thanks!

We loved staying at Jetas place and would come back anytime! Apart from the beautiful and clean flat with a wonderful lake view, her family was outstanding welcoming and always helpful, especially to our dog lady. A minimarket is located directly in the same building. The beach is fantastic and reachable in only 1 minute. Even the guys from the campsite „Red Stone“ were always friendly and helpful, also their food and drinks are highly recommended. Altogether a stunning experience!

Nous nous sentons un peu coupable d’avoir oublié de laisser une super note pour notre séjour 2023 !! Erisa, Sogot et leur adorable famille sont des hôtes accueillant qui vous accueille avec le sourire et prennent soin de vous. On aime discuter en anglais/français/albanais, avec un outil de traduction … Bref passer du temps et se connaître. Nous recommandons vivement

The place is a lovely getaway, its in a quiet little bay with old houses that most of the old owners build themselves. If you want a luxury experience this is not the place, however if you want an amazing authentic Balkan lakeside experience this is definitely the place. The owner, Filip, was extremely helpful and friendly. The area is beautiful and it truly feels like you are in a remote village with all its charms.

Wir waren mit den Motorrädern unterwegs im Balkan. Für eine Nacht haben wir eine Unterkunft am See gesucht. Die Unterkunft ist leicht zu finden. Parkplätze auf dem Grundstück mit einem Tor. Wir haben uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir wurden persönlich empfangen. Alles sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet. Ein paar Minuten zur Promenade mit vielen Restaurants und Cafés. Gute Tipps von Gastgeber haben geholfen. Wir können diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen.

Heel aangenaam verblijf. Ruime woning met prachtige tuin. Fantastische gastheer en gastvrouw die altijd klaar staan. Wij hebben alvast genoten van een heerlijke vegetarische maaltijd bereid door de gastvrouw. Verwacht geen luxe keuken of badkamer. Prijs/kwaliteit was dit een absolute topper.

That was the best holiday I’ve ever had. The house was beautiful, clean and spacious. Kitchen was clean and comfortable. It has everything you might need. The view to the lake was spectacular. Especially on sunset. Huge terrace and even bigger garden. Perfect place to be on quiet and peaceful vacation. And also really romantic spot. It’s in 15 minutes walk from the lake and 5 minutes with a car. We were with our dog and she spent most of the time in the garden. She loved it so much. The harden was fenced which was really important for us because we have a husky that loves to escape 😃. Ilina’s parents and grandparents are the kindest and warmest people you’ll meet. They welcomed us with coffee and we even played cards together. We’ll remember them forever. Aaand we’ll for sure be back soon because it felt like home.

Die Lage am Berg oberhalb des Sees ist spektakulär, die Terrasse mit der atemberaubenden Aussicht ist real noch schöner als auf den Fotos. Die Empfehlung der Gastgeberin zu dem urigen lokalen Restaurant im Dorf war super, wir haben die leckeren mazedonischen Gerichte total genossen. Wir waren zu zweit mit Hund zu Besuch und haben uns sehr gefreut, dass auch unsere Fellnase willkommen war. Da es zum Eingangsbereich einige Treppen zu erklimmen gibt, ist ein organisiertes Gepäck zu empfehlen 😜. Wir haben das Schlafzimmer im Dach nicht benutzt, da die Ausziehtreppe den Zugang zum unteren Schlafzimmer und zum Bad erschwert. Das Häuschen ist ein wundervoller Ausgangsort, um den Ohridsee zu besuchen. Morgendlicher Kaffe und abendlicher Wein in der Ruhe des Bergdorfes und dem unbeschreiblichen Blick von der Terrasse machen den Aufenthalt zu etwas Besonderen. Die Gastgeberin hat unsere Fragen immer schnell und hilfreich beantwortet.

Nous avons passé une nuit paisible et tranquille. et notre surprise du petit déjeuner copieux de manger autant le matin!! pour des Français, le tout près de la piscine . la personne qui nous a accueilli était très sympathique. nous recommandons

Sara was ontzettend aardig en behulpzaam. We hebben zelfs gratis een kamer upgrade gekregen. De accommodatie is fantastisch als je lekker tot rust wil komen. Absoluut een aanrader!

Sasho et sa femme sont vraiment top!! on a passe de tres bon séjour. il prenait soin de nous comme si on etait de la famille. il nous préparait le feu pour le BBQ, il nous servait du thé et du café le matin. on s'est tellement bien senti avec eux qu'on leur a proposé de faire un BBQ avec nous pour notre dernière soirée au gîte. Soiree tres sympathique d'ailleurs. Cadre sympathique, vue sur le lac et une piscine. Enfin bref, je recommande!! si je peux donner plus que 5 étoiles, je lui donnerais volontiers. Je recommanderai ce logement à mes amis et ma famille 😀

첫날 문제가 있었지만 호스트님의 신속한 대응으로 바로 해결되었어요! 산을 올라가야해서 차가 있는 사람에게 추천해요. 저는 걸어다녀야해서 왔다갔다하기에는 조금 힘들었어요. 바로 앞이 찻길이라 사람들과 자동차가 계속 지나다녀서 테라스와 수영장 이용에는 어려움이 있어요. 하지만 호스트님이 정말 친절하셨고 다음 목적지로 우리를 데려다주셨어요. 정말 감사해요.

Sasho’s apartment is a great place to stay, the apartment is spacious with a great view of the lake. Sasho was an attentive host and was always on hand to make our stay memorable.

Bellissimo posto, ottimo per qualità/prezzo. Jordan super disponibile, ha pulito la piscina al nostro arrivo e ha prenotato i ristoranti per noi quando l’abbiamo richiesto. Host piacevole, raccomando assolutamente!

Perfect location right in the center of Ohrid, everything is within walking distance. The apartment is spotless, the bed is super comfortable, and it’s well-equipped with everything you might need: clean towels, an iron, a small kitchenette, etc. The host is very kind and responsive. Highly recommended!

it was best place on ours road trip in 6 countries. Most quite, like in jungle, you can hear lots of birds, one night we saw swarm of fireflies, was magic.If you want calm your mood, is one of the best place that I ever been❤️🙏 many thanks for Velentin and grandads 😊

We so loved our stay at Dimitar's place. We were attracted by the view of the lake and the reality was so much more than we had expected. We watched the sunset over the mountains every night from the balcony, and spent many hours watching the lake change with the weather and light. The apartment is very comfortable and well equipped and we didn't want for anything. It is a short walk from the lake shore, a grocery store and a hotel where you can get a coffee. It's a short bus or taxi ride into Ohrid. Dimitar was so helpful before our visit and during. He was very responsive to messages. He left us some goodies when we arrived and his family brought us a bowl of peaches picked from their own tree! This is a real gem! Don't hesitate to book!

The appartmen was very nice, with modern appliances and lots of storage space. It's very easy to find and it is worth the value for what it's offering. You are in a very peaceful area and you can just cross the street and relax on the lake shore(you can also see the lake from the balcony) The city of Peshtani is at 10-15 minutes of walking distance and you can find a couple of restaurants to eat something fast. Nikola is a great host and has great recommendations to what you can visit and eat around Ohrid.

The host was very responsive to all of our communications. The apartment was a very short walk to the lake and old town. Would definitely stay here again. There was a restaurant below the balcony across the street but was amazingly quiet. Only wish was the balcony had a better view of the lake.

Séjour exceptionnel ! La communication avec Marsel a été très facile et l'accueil par Astrit, sa mère, extrêmement chaleureux ! La maison est très spacieuse, très bien équipée et très propre, on a aussi un accès à la terrasse où l'on peut prendre ses repas. Et on peut se garer dans la cour. Le village est charmant. On peut faire des balades sur la colline ou au bord du magnifique lac puis profiter des deux restaurants. Il y a également une épicerie. Nous garderons surtout le souvenir d'Astrit qui nous a montré et fait essayer des vêtements albanais et qui nous a préparé un petit déjeuner traditionnel copieux et succulent ! Notre séjour en Albanie s'est terminé sur une excellente expérience ! Merci !

Hello, it was a really star in Meglen' house. The place in front of the lake is so quite. The house is atypical but with a positive atmosphere. You can relax outside under the pergola. It's a lovely place ❤️. Thanks.
