Some friends and planned a late notice trip to Ice Fish on Lake of the Woods. Roxann was very responsive and friendly. We were able to enter the property a little early so we could drop off our bags and food and head out fishing. The accommodations were perfect and the views spectacular from the kitchen counter. Truly a place we all said we book again. Great stay.

Great stay if you plan on doing some fishing on LOTW. Close to many resorts and accesses. This was the second time our group stayed here and it did the job perfectly. Did have some issues with communicating through evolve, would rather have direct contact with the owner from the start but otherwise no complaints and a beautiful place.

Etta’s Bin was a wonderful place for a girls weekend away! There was plenty of space and appliances for cooking. Plenty of room to relax and play card games. All of us gals had a nice relaxing weekend and loved staying at Etta’s Bin! Very gorgeous on the inside and out!

We enjoyed our stay at the Cozy Copper Cabin. Amy was a very responsive and flexible host. The cabin was clean and accommodating. There was plenty of room for our large group. The cabin had everything we needed for our weekend trip. The location was ideal and close to local resorts. We hope to be back in the future!

Perfect place for the family to stay on our ice fishing trip. We definitely overpacked, because the house provided pretty much all the things we packed aside from food. The beds were really comfortable and the place was very clean! The owner was responsive, helpful, and very nice. We are looking forward to staying here again!

Kurt was extremely responsive and helpful. The place is even better than the pictures. Many newer updates. Very comfortable and large living and dining room made for a great area to relax and socialize with each other. The kitchen is huge and has everything you could need. Tons of room so you aren't running in to each other. Within walking distance to Rainy River Resort which has great burgers, pizza, and a convenient small buffet breakfast. I can't say enough good about this place and host. We will definitely be back

Rainy River Fishing Retreat!

I've stayed at many air b&b's all over the country and David's house was the best stocked place I've seen. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of cooking utensils. The bathrooms had tons of towels. The house is cozy and the scenery is beautiful! We are planning on coming back next year!

Our group had an amazing experience staying at this Airbnb! The host was incredibly welcoming, responsive, and made sure everything was perfect from check-in to check-out. My wife and I enjoyed our stay and John and Deb's place over President's Day Weekend 2025 when overnight lows were -20. The place was warm and cozy especially with the wood burning stove. John was very responsive and went as far as getting on the phone to walk you through the place when we first got there. The place was peaceful, with no TV, so we are able to catch up on reading and play games. We did a hike at Zippel Bay State Park which was close by and did a day trip to the Northern Most Point of the contiguous US.

Just one minor complaint. We enjoyed hanging out in the basement game room except no bathroom down there so the elders had to go up the stair which were a little steep to use the upstairs bathroom. But all said and done it was a great place to stay. Nice house and great area. Thanks.

Cozy Historic Victorian Inn

We stayed for a hockey weekend. There was a public rink in the backyard on the river with direct access to the skating trail (with plenty of skates and sticks to use if you forgot your own). We were able to walk to shops and food only a couple of blocks away. The closest bay on Lake of the Woods had good fishing. The house had a lot of character and a lot of space for our family; it was a great alternative to a couple of hotel rooms for the weekend.
