Jarovecké rameno is a protected area. From the terrace of the houseboat, it is possible to watch fish, beavers, ducks or swans. At the same time, it is possible to explore the surroundings by canoe, paddleboard or bicycle.

The studio's working function has now been replaced by a recreational function and provides you with the opportunity to taste exceptional architecture in a small volume, set just above the lake. With the curved back wall of the Studio and in soft duvets, you will feel like in a cozy nest:)

Train station 3 min. walk, the lake only 5 min. away by bike. Quiet and close to nature. Small balcony with lake view, large terrace on the ground floor. Parking in the courtyard, 2 bicycles available. Fully equipped kitchen, washing machine and lots of books for use during the stay.

Wooden house in the nature

Our wooden house was made by my grandfather 50 years ago. It consists from living room with fire place, folding sofa bed for 2 persons, small kitchen, bathroom and on the first floor there is one bedroom with a king bed and 3 single beds. During your stay in our wooden hut you could see squirrels, forest birds, stag beetle, salamanders, hedgehogs, and different animals... deers come for visit sometimes. It is located in recreational area of Harmónia near Modra.

The 55 m² property is divided into an anteroom, bathroom with washing machine, shower and toilet and a spacious air-conditioned living/dining/bedroom which is equipped with a fully equipped fitted kitchen including a filled coffee machine, a double bed and a sofa bed.

Welcome to our reed hut, right on Lake Neusiedl. The reed chalet is located in the middle of the reed belt above the water. A larch wood path leads to the fully equipped chalet, which is built on a large larch wood platform above the water in the reed bed on Lake Neusiedl. On the front you can climb directly into the natural pool (0.5 m) and take the small rowboat across the canal to the lake.
