This cozy little house is a step out of town and offers all the conveniences you will need! While still close enough to Jay Peak, Lake Memphremagog is right out your window! The Newport Country Club, Gardner Park (playground, basketball court, ball fields, fishing and ice skating), grocery store, movie theater, restaurants, shops, a lovely boardwalk and bike path are all within less than a mile. A 10 minute walk will get you to The Long Trail, to do some hiking. The Lamoille Valley Rail Trail is another great trail for walking and biking. Vermont also has over 100 covered bridges for you to explore. Our guest house is the perfect little spot to call home while in Vermont. Come and enjoy the peace and quiet of our county setting.

This one bedroom waterfront guest cabin is located on Great Hosmer Pond in the beautiful town of Craftsbury Common, Vermont. The owners of the property live in the main house. The cabin has access to the cross country ski trails of the Craftsbury Outdoor Center. Swimming dock on property with access to a canoe and kayaks. The cabin is made of double tongue and grooved red western cedar. The cabin is available year round except for 'mud season'.
