Cozy cottage facing the Rosul River that is 50 meters from the main tributary of the Rio Dulce. It is a very accessible and central place just 150 meters from the Bridge, but at the same time it gives the feeling of being a more remote place. This house is for family use. Its access is via 1 minute by boat. It is not rented for groups of friends or parties. Retired foreigners live in the surroundings so the neighbors committee does not strictly allow music and scandal after 7:30pm
