Relax & take it easy at this newly remodeled and tranquil retreat. Enjoy the peace of being in the country right on a 17 acre pond stocked with bass, crappie, bluegill & catfish. Yet just 15 minutes from everything you could need. Fish all day, sleep in, create happy memories at the fire pit, enjoy the treehouse OR go out & explore the great many things to see & do in this area! This house is perfect for 2 couples but we will take up to 6 guests. Added fees for the 5th & 6th guests $25 pp/pn.

The house is within walking distance to Lake Bottom Park where you will find ample room to enjoy the outdoors. This updated Midtown charmer has 3 bedrooms, a large kitchen, and spacious bonus room. Enjoy a home cooked meal at the dinner table or hang out back at the fire pit!
