Just an hour’s drive from central Rome, Trevignano Romano is a gorgeous and historic village with a quaint, cobbled old town, full of restaurants and cafes serving local cuisine.

Bright flat, named CINQUEGATTI, with breath-taking views over Rome and Castel Gandolfo. The flat is located in a 19th century villa with a panoramic terrace. It is divided on 2 floors. On 2nd floor:one double-bed room, living room with large sofa-bed, dining room with additional sofa bed, two bathrooms, live-in kitchen. On 3rd floor: large panoramic terrace with views over Rome and the lake; access to small kitchen, single bed and bathroom. Cats and little and medium dogs are allowed.

The apartment is located in the beautiful Prati Delle Vittorie district, close to the center and the Stadium Wifi - Air conditioning -2 SMART TVs with Netflix, Prime video near the Vatican, Stadio Olimpico, shopping areas, Court. The Metro is just a few minutes by bus or on foot (Lepanto) Trastevere is connected with a direct bus, the Colosseum by metro. On the same floor there is another apartment which can accommodate up to 6 people TERRAZZA SUL GIARDINO - VATICANO E STADIO OLIMPICO

a Peaceful Hilltop Haven

Trastevere is one of the most picturesque areas in the city. The district has an authentic feel and the independent shops and cafes are frequented by locals. Tram and bus stops are located on Viale di Trastevere 5 minutes' walk from the apartment. Parking: parking on the road is possible. Very difficult to find free spots but possible, otherwise the parking fee is approx. 8 euro per day on the road or €20/25 in a private garage.

If you are looking for a pied-à-terre at a walking distance from the major sites, this studio is perfect! Crossing the close bridge you will reach the Vatican in 10 minutes. Free AC and WIFI. One small double (120 centimeters wide) and a single bed . 35sqm. Ideal for young people. Not for children under 12. Before you book elsewhere - check the location! Cleaning fee of 30€ is not included in the booking and is due upon arrival.

The apartment is 5 minutes walk from Metro stop Ponte Lungo and Train Station Roma Tuscolana to and from Fiumicino. You can reach all tourist destinations in about 15 minutes by metro and Fiumicino Airport in 40 minutes by direct train. Wi-Fi, air-conditioner and all facilities for you holiday in Rome!
