A konyha teljesen felszerelt.A parkolás zárt udvarban akár 3 autónak vagy 4-5 motornak is helyet biztosít. Bár az udvar és a ház külseje fejlesztés alatt áll, az apartman teljesen felújított. Az apartman egy udvarban van a szállásadókkal, így ha bármire szüksége van a vendégnek, akkor tudnak a rendelkezésükre állni.
