Affordable luxury in Cotonou

I've had the opportunity to stay in a large number of Airbnbs, and I can say without hesitation that Sayade is the best host I've met. Extremely responsive, warm and always ready to make the stay as pleasant as possible, he truly embodies hospitality. The house itself is spacious, well arranged and comfortable to stay in. On three levels, it offers beautiful rooms, a very pleasant rooftop to enjoy the outdoors, and a small swimming pool which is a real plus to relax. The quality of the interior is also appreciable, offering comfort and serenity. It is good to note that access to the house is via a dirt road in average condition, and that sometimes you have to wait a little to find a Gozem available to leave. However, no problem returning from Cotonou. Finally, the small hamlet where the house is located is typical with a few small shops.

We really enjoyed our stay at Gabin’s place. We were warmly welcomed, the space was very clean, and the staff was always available to answer our questions. It’s a beautiful place, especially the rooftop, such a nice spot to relax!

My family and I had a fantastic stay at Nyumba Lodge! Christine was very responsive in advance of our stay and once we arrived Steve and the team were fantastically welcoming and helpful! The Lodge itself was beautiful and clean and we felt safe at all times. The breakfast was great!

My stay was very pleasant. I was able to cook, receive visitors and sitting on the large terrace was very nice as the wind blows so nicely. Everything is in tip-top condition and new. The market is within walking distance. So, nothing stands in the way of self-catering. If there were any questions, there was always someone to reach. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend it.

Overall our stay there was perfect Nice and clean house indeed Julien was always there when needed Can’t complain The only issue I seem to have is accessibility to the apartment is near zero with car unless you have 4x4 you can’t make it But great experience after all Thanks!!

I couldn't not have picked a better spot to stay in Ouidah during Vodoun week. Most of the tourist sites and dances were within walking distance as his apartment is centrally located. The apartment was simple but tastefully furnished. Layo is the perfect host, responsive, pro-active and full of recommendations throughout. A public thank you for your hospitality!

My stay at Andoche's in Ouidah was exceptional! Her place is more than just an Airbnb - it's a real exposure. Between sculptures and paintings, each piece reveals artwork that captivates and inspires. Andoche is a complete artist whose passion for voodoo enriches the experience immensely. He shares his knowledge with such fervor that you can only be fascinated. She is a person you never get bored with, guaranteeing a stay as informative as it is pleasant. In addition to its Airbnb, Andoche has an exhibition gallery in Ouidah. I highly recommend going to check it out and take memories. Very good stay at Villa Sonnenblum . It is very well located, not far from major roads (but enough not to hear traffic!) and several restaurants in Grand Popo that can be reached on foot. The surrounding area is very quiet and relaxing, you can hear a little waves in the distance. The check-in went very well, everything was very clear. Thanks to Willy who was very available during our stay. The pool is a real plus, slightly shaded. Finally, the house is decorated with great taste, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. We will come back without hesitation!
