The apartment has an excellent location, just 100 meters from the sea, on the main avenue, where there are restaurants, a market, a bakery and shops in general.

Apartment 28 is unique in the area. Overlooking the ocean from all rooms of the apartment, including one of the bathrooms, it has a full kitchen with a stove, gas barbecue, microwave, air fryer, sandwich maker, air conditioning in the living room and a ceiling fan in one of the bedrooms. It is located on the 2nd floor (NOTE: there is no elevator), and the parking lot is outside the condominium (lit place). TV in the living room with the main apps. We do not accept pets. Bed and bath linens are provided.
