Spectacular house, with incredible decor and great comfort , offers 2 suites with hot tubs and balconies , in addition to a kitchen , TV/living room and toilet. We offer full linens, household and kitchen utensils. Breakfast will be charged separately and must be arranged in advance. The House is located in a residential area exactly 2.5 km from the historic center, which is equivalent to a 5 minute drive . We have an amazing view and we are in a region of a lot of nature.

It is 7 km from the charming historic town of Tiradentes.

An entire 110 m2 apartment, located in São João De Rei, close to the Águas Santas resort (Tiradentes), the space is ideal for those who want to enjoy the historic cities or simply relax, enjoying our double hot tub, solar-heated pool, view of the São José mountain range, 35 m2 bedroom with king-size bed and balconies with hammocks. The apartment is located on the second floor of the house, has independent entrance and privacy. The pool is the only shared area of the space.

Relax in this cozy space, 650m from the historical center. The apartment has a bedroom with a queen bed, goose feather pillows and “bathing” towels for added comfort and a charming pantry/kitchen that is the face of Tiradentes. The place is very quiet and safe, and it is possible to park on the street near the building. I'm a Turismologist, a citizen of Tiradentes and I love to pass on tips on local culture and gastronomy, as well as tours of the region.

Chalé cozchegante located near Estrada Real, about 3 km from the center of Tiradentes and 1.5 km from the Bom Despacho waterfall, near the entrances of the post and mangrove trails. With a balcony, small kitchen, mezzanine and outdoor patio with lots of green. We have two other small chalets in our space. Located 7km from the historic city center of São João del-Rei, our guesthouse has two suites. One has a double bed, a single bed, and a Smart TV. The other suite is connected to the kitchen and has a trundle bed. In the kitchen, there is a table with four chairs for the meals.
