An entire 110 sq. meter apartment, located in SJDR, near the Águas Santas (Tiradentes) resort, the space is ideal for those who want to enjoy the historic cities or simply relax, taking advantage of our double hot tub, solar-heated pool, view of the São José mountain range, 2 bedrooms (35 sq. meters and 12 sq. meters) with king size and double beds, and balcony with hammock. The apartment is located on the second floor of the house, has independent entrance and privacy. The pool is the only shared area of the space.

My House 1 is a pleasant space, with a double bedroom, bathroom and two single beds in the living room that can be used as sofas, located in the historic center, you can do the tours, shopping, dinners and entertainment, all on foot without using the car if you want. It consists of the house and studio that is located in the back if it is for more than one couple.
