An entire 110 sq. meter apartment, located in SJDR, near the Águas Santas (Tiradentes) resort, the space is ideal for those who want to enjoy the historic cities or simply relax, taking advantage of our double hot tub, solar-heated pool, view of the São José mountain range, 2 bedrooms (35 sq. meters and 12 sq. meters) with king size and double beds, and balcony with hammock. The apartment is located on the second floor of the house, has independent entrance and privacy. The pool is the only shared area of the space.

We offer complete layette, household and kitchen utensils. Breakfast will be charged separately and must be arranged in advance. The house is located in a residential area exactly 2.5 km (1.5 miles) from the historic center, which is equivalent to a 7-minute drive. We have an amazing view and we are in a region of a lot of nature.
