The apartment is great, exactly as described. The location is excellent and the space met our needs very well, especially the outdoor area, where we could leave our dog. Finally, host Fernanda is super attentive and helpful. I highly recommend it.

Carlos was a great host, always worried, immediately answering questions. Hosted me and a friend to spend the carnival. We are not much in the apartment, I will leave my pros and cons: Pros: Kind and attentive host, great and quiet location, has a 24-hour market in the condominium, air-conditioning and perfect shower! Contra: Attention to cleaning! When we arrived we found filter in the musty coffee maker (We did not have the courage to take) the dirty dishes and with marks of use. I missed a water filter or a purifier for the stay to be more complete (another stay on Airbnb was cheaper in this case, due to the amount of water we need to buy)

Very nice place, different themed, very spacious and many rooms, all with air conditioning, several bathrooms (and with showers). Super solicitous host, responded quickly, quite punctual and also flexible with schedules. As a suggestion of improvement, it would be with the kitchen utensils, both in relation to cleaning, as there were some fattened, as in relation to the quantity, as there were few cutlery and dishes for 13 people, for example. In addition, it was well worth the stay and I recommend it to anyone who is considering the location!

We spent the Easter holiday and the house is simply a great place to enjoy with the family. Air-conditioned rooms, all with an en-suite bathroom, a large kitchen with all the accessories and utensils you can imagine, and integrated with the dining and living room. The separate barbecue area next to the pool is also fantastic and complete! Equipped with a fridge, electric oven, Cooktop stove and various utensils. We don't miss anything. At the back of the house there is an orchard with different types of fruit and a very green grassy area! The children had a lot of fun and spent most of the time in the position. We are so grateful for the welcome we received from our host Sérgio. It was a spectacular family vacation!

The place is wonderful! I spent two nights with my family and everyone loved it. The space is even more beautiful than in the photos, spacious, has all the kitchen utensils, the pool is great for the kids, they lit a fire, we were comfortable to celebrate the first day of the year. We want to praise the attention of the host João and the employee Luís, who were very proactive and welcoming, we felt at home. I recommend the stay with peace of mind and intend to return more often.

The residence is very nice and cozy in a family atmosphere. The house was organized and the spaces are spacious. There is a very nice outdoor kitchen to enjoy and prepare meals. There is a sense of security on the premises. Pedro was very receptive and attentive.

We were very welcome and accommodated, clean environment, airy, perfect accommodations. Not to mention that it is located close to the shopping centers such as a pharmacy, supermarket, hortifrúti. Etc .

Excellent apartment, in a great condominium for those with children. Spacious accommodations, the apartment had everything I needed, comfortable and clean. The condominium with swimming pool, court, playground and a shopping mall just below that offered convenience options, bakery, Smart Fit gym and fast food restaurants. Close to the subway and easy to get around the region. I recommend it!
