Functional apartment, with washing machine, microwave, stove, mixer, everything you need available. The stay was great. The neighborhood is wonderful!

The stay was great, the apartment is clean and has everything that is needed for a passage through Brasilia. A strong point is the convenience that is available in the condominium, it made it much easier because I spent the day at an event and I was able to eat the evening meals in the apartment. I recommend it!

The stay was wonderful. The apartment is excellent, super cozy. Photos of the site are faithful. The condominium has an excellent leisure area, is well located, close to the market, bakery, ice cream shop, beauty salon. The hostess quickly responds to the msgs and is always a lot of requests.

Everything was great. It was neatly clean, spacious and very cool and ventilated apartment. The villas Nice to sit on the balcony for breakfast with a free view. The gatekeepers were very receptive. Anfitriao Danilo was very kind and always available to help with whatever was needed. I recommend it!!

I stayed for a month. The apartment has everything that is required for a long stay, equipped kitchen, washing machine, work desk, etc. The location of the building is very good, safe, it is close to one of the clear water exits and has everything nearby, subway, restaurants, pharmacies, markets, bakeries, there is a lot in the building's own gallery. The clear-water park is about a ten minute walk away. The only negative points that I noticed are the bathroom, which really is very small, the acoustics of the building that is not so good, and the ventilation of the kitchen, like the balcony in the bedroom, ends up not ventilating so much in the kitchen, but nothing that discredits the place. Overall, it was a great stay, it's worth it for what it offers, especially in terms of location.

Super recommend, pleasant and cozy atmosphere, clean pools, on-site restaurants, great option for those who want to get out of the routine, the property is in line with the images, super powerful air conditioning, freezes the whole apartment! Indico, I will come back more often for sure.

A comfortable apartment and full of amenities at our disposal, market within the condominium, toy library (my daughters loved), gym, laundry, and a huge and beautiful pool. The apartment has a cozy, fresh balcony with a very pleasant view. Comfortably a family of 6 people, has an induction stove, air fryer and all the utensils necessary for cooking, in short, it was 3 very good and comfortable days. And I can't help but comment on the kindness of the building staff who have helped us in everything we need.

We stayed 40 days in Marlon's apartment and felt at home during the period. The site is very functional and close to various facilities such as bakeries, markets, gyms, restaurants and subway station. I highly recommend this place.
