The apartment has outdoor space to the North West of the property with a private patio with barbeque and seating, as well as access to a large Jacuzzi, run cool in summer as a mini swimming pool. Only SMALL dogs are allowed. The villa is inhabited by the homeowners on the upper floor but they will be present mainly only for check-in and garden maintenance, while guests will have full privacy and autonomy of the ground floor.
