We love Diana's place. It's quite probably the best location in Katoomba - you can sit on the lounge room couch and see the valley in the distance, cross the road for a drink at Echoes or Lillianfels, and walk to the escarpment view within seconds. Plus, it's a comfy well-equipped house that delights no matter which age you are. Staying here has become a bit of a tradition for us, and we look forward to our next.

We loved this place! We were looking for something more halfway between Sydney and Melbourne but fell for this place and just had to book. We’re glad we did. The bed was super comfy and the standard was well above most pet friendly place. We only stayed the night and didn’t really use the kitchen. Our only concern was that our dog is petrified of the wind turbines and even though they were far away in the distance, it made her freak out and not want to be outside. Rachel said she hadn’t had other dogs react like that (including her own), so think it could be just our dog being a bit weird. 🫣 We arrived after midnight and Dean was still up to ensure we found the place ok. We absolutely adored staying at Carol's beautiful cabin. It was exactly as described, very easy to find/access, and Carole couldn't have been more helpful with her recommendations and instructions for our stay. The cabin itself is gorgeous and very thoughtfully catered for a perfect getaway. The surrounds are gorgeous and we loved exploring KV! Would definitely recommend and return!

An oasis away from the Easter madness. Get your groceries in and you don’t need to head in to Katoomba over the busy period. We found it was really handy to go see some places early , like Echo point and Scenic world , both approx 8 minute drive. The house itself was so cosy to stay in for the day or evening. The goats are fun to feed. The bath was a real treat for us also. Definitely recommend . Thank you again

The cottage was very peaceful and quiet. The bathroom was great and the bed was very comfortable. Highly recommended.

A wonderful little cottage 5 mins walk to the Three Sisters echo point lookout. Super convenient to go to the town centre where the restaurants are. Also 5 mins drive to the local Katoomba RSL which serves lovely food at the brasserie. Very clean and well equipped kitchen. Lots of seating for relaxation. Thanks Robyn and Dan for your wonderful place. We had a great time even though it was pouring the last couple of days.

Our extended family had the pleasure of staying in Helen’s place right as autumn was arriving. The red and yellows of the trees were quintessentially Blue Mountains. It was so special bird watching from the back verandah. Helen’s well-stocked kitchen made cooking a breeze and the whole house had everything we needed for a great weekend. Thanks so much!

The house was clean and beautiful. A great place to stay for a weekend away. Lauren was also a great communicator and very accommodating. I would recommend staying here and we would definitely stay there again!

We really enjoyed our stay at Tansy Cottage which has been beautifully renovated whilst still retaining it's original character. The location was good and only a couple of minutes drive to Blackheath village shops, major walking tracks and tourist sites. The cottage was very comfortable and toasty warm with the underfloor heating coming in handy when the weather turned cool and wet. It was easy to sit back and relax. A nice touch with a welcoming bottle of wine and a good selection of teas and coffee provided. Jack and Vanessa provided a good instruction book and locals guide of things to do. I'd certainly recommend Tansy Cottage as a place to stay in the mountains.
