The owner is very helpful and decent lady. We arrived late at night very tired and found out that the parking is only available on the street. We have a small trailer so we needed a parking and the owner generously offered us to use it but it was inconvenient for us and the neighbours so we decided to cancel the reservation. The owner agreed to give us a full refund and we respect her very much for it. So if we will be in Corumba next time without the trailer at least we will definitely come back to this house. From what we saw, we were very sorry to leave because the house location is perfect, you basically have all you need in a reach of a hand. Very convenient to buy groceries, gas, shopping and etc. Thank you for being decent owner.

Best choice ever, a few blocks away from everything including coffee shops like dolce cafe and nativo, restaurants like rodeo and laco de ouro, clothing stores, shoppings and gyms To get your brazilian ID you walk 2 blocks to the right from the corner to Correios or 2 blocks to the left from the corner to Receita Federal. Joao is a great guy and will come back soon.

Host Vitor Hugo is a very helpful and kind person. We were really lucky to meet him. Our communication with him was always very fast and smooth. The house is located in a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. It has everything you need, and it is spacious, clean, and comfortable. I highly recommend staying here to everyone.

I traveled for work and everything went smoothly with the accommodation , there was everything necessary to start the week without having to run to the supermarket, coffee, rice, beans... good too😊. She is thoughtful and helpful Air conditioning running perfectly because in Corumbá you need too much kkk , quiet neighborhood.

Initially there was a misunderstanding with the price of the site. Even so Mr. Jair kept the reservation. We did not stay in this villa, but we were provided with another house with the same amenities, swimming pool, several rooms, barbecue grill. Daniel and Cocoa welcomed us. Mr. Jair made it available until breakfast as a courtesy.

We rented the space one day before the Carnival and were surprised by the quality offered. Extremely comfortable, air-conditioned apartments in the living room and bedroom. Clean bathroom with liquid soap, shampoo, conditioner and hair dryer. Neighborhood very quiet and attendance note 10. The breakfast offered during this period of carnival was also great. Back more often.

Complete and Independent House.

Beautiful place to spend a weekend! There are a couple of trees right in front of the house where you can see toucans flying over your head and many other birds. It has a stove, washing machine, bathroom with hot water, huge fridge, nice TV. Perfect for a nice rest out of big cities. The area is quiet and safe. Recommended!
