Just 3 minutes from the Lake Wallenpaupack boat launch and 5 minutes from shopping, restaurants, bars, boat tours, fantastic hiking trails, and more. At this quiet, newly renovated (2022) retreat, you can experience great fishing, incredible sunrises and sunsets, bald eagles, blue herons, deer, various birds, and other wildlife. Relax and dine on the deck or lakeside flagstone patio while enjoying crackling embers in the fire pit.

Hygge House-1790 Reno'd House, near Ski Big Bear

Peter and I recently bought and renovated this 1790 farmhouse which sits on a sloping hill overlooking Minisink Battleground Park. You can walk off the deck, cross the lawn and explore 50 acres of beautiful trails. On a private road, the house has plenty of peace and quiet. There are two charming bedrooms, two full baths, a cozy living room, sun room (third bedroom), fully stocked kitchen, and laundry room. We've loved making these rooms a bit more modern while keeping the farmhouse vibe.

Welcome to our cozy lakefront cottage on Washington Lake in Yulan, NY. Peaceful retreat from the hustle and stresses of daily life. If you enjoy water and outdoors and don’t mind being around nature this is a place for you. The cabin is comfortably suited for 2-4 people. It's close to many attractions all year round and it is a convenient and easy drive to the delightful hamlets of Narrowsburg, Milford and Hawley. Ski Big Bear at Masthope Mountain is 30 min away.

Our guest suite has a private entrance adjacent to the main house with a kitchen , living room, bedroom with a full bed and full bath. Also a porch with patio furniture, a charcoal BBQ and 50 acres to explore. We supply sheets, towels, kitchenware, coffeemaker, TV, internet, Wi-Fi and AC. A great getaway for 2 adults. 20 min. from Bethel Woods for concerts, 30 min. to Resorts World Casino. All are welcome. Rainbow friendly. No smoking, children, pets or animals.
