Cozy cottage close to various services and leisure activities with spa. Access to a public beach +/- 5 minutes by car. Boat descent 30 seconds away. Municipal park 30 seconds from the chalet with skating rink, basketball court, tennis/pickleball. Several hiking trails nearby, both winter and summer. The Astrolab/Mont Mégantic trails are +/- 20 min by car. We are directly on the Route des Sommets which is a must for cyclists.

In cold weather, enjoy the hot tub with lake views! If you have a motorboat, feel free to moor it at the cottage dock. Disraeli Marina is a few km away and offers gas and food services. In the evening, make a fire directly by the lake (wood provided!)
